No one actually works here anymore

I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding missing mail for months. No one picks up the phone or responds to emails. I have often had to call the independent locations to ask if mail has arrived and suddenly mail shows up in my box.

Use any other mail service and pick your location judiciously.

Use at your own risk

The service is convenient and PostScanMail is pretty user friendly. However, if you use this as your primary mailing address, you may be cutoff from your mail/packages if the site isn’t staffed. The person working at my mailing address quit without a 2 week notice, so I had to coordinate with the building property manager to retrieve my mail. PostScan Mail staff are incompetent. 3 days after picking up my mail, I got an email notice saying that I could no longer receive my mail effective as of the date of their email.

I realize finding people to work right now is a challenge. The issue that I’m experiencing now blatantly lays bare the fact that this company has 0 contingency planning. Their solution was to shut down the sight without any prior warning or follow up for packages that were delivered but not checked in/picked up.

This is a terrible company lacking any operational or logistical contingency planning, and staffed with employees who care very little for their customers.

Not a great experience for me

Continuously found random charges on my monthly invoice. Not serious amounts but every time i have to email them and get it taken off.

They also automatically started charging me for picking up my mail…. That was a bit weird. Also had to get that figured out between postscan and the person running the mailbox place.

In the end out of the blue - 2 months after i changed all my address to my new mailbox they email to notify me that i now have a new mailbox t at a different location because the location did not want to work with them anymore. i had to again change all my address…. i just dropped them- more a struggle than anything

Very disappointing.

I have been using PSM for about a year and a half after moving abroad for a time and not able entirely to eliminate mail.

For the first six months they did well, but after time their service or local service provider just stopped doing the job. I went months without receiving mail though I had been contacted by people saying they had sent things. I resorted to calling PSM multiple times and ultimately the local service provider as well to remind them. It became a weekly issue until eventually I was getting mail that had been received 9 months before, a month before. Some seems to have just been thrown out, including checks, credit cards, and other important documents.

I called PSM multiple times asking for a test mail to see if things could assure their services. I had to request this 4 times and they admitted every time they simply had not sent this out.

I really wish I could give them a good review but they have failed time and time again.

Ok but needs improvement

PostScanMail is clunky throughout and could really benefit from a lot of simplification by someone in UX who understands how to build a workflow. However my specific issue is that when I look at the tracking information for my past shipment, all of the updates show the same current date and time rather than when the update actually occurred. For instance if I check it at 7:40, every update in the tracking history shows it happened at 7:40 on the current day. It seems like a bug since this information should be pulled directly from the carrier. Please fix.

Finally! A way to use this on my phone!

I was nearly ready to dump this service but hallelujah an iPhone app is here and it's pretty good! Some room for improvement in UI and would love to see swiping actions instead of tap-through but just happy it's mobile for now! Great job guys. Keep up the work.

🏆

I have been using PSM for a few months and I’m pleased with it, for the most part. I really like Open & Scan feature. I’ve been able to respond to senders from home with an email/fax without ever physically receiving/opening a piece of mail. Very convenient!

Negatives: I wish the pricing was more transparent….I requested more than the 5 Ietters be opened & scanned (the basic plan limit) and received an extra charge. But PSM customer service was nice enough to waive the charge and upgrade my plan.

Great option needs iPhone tuning

I love this service. A few things need work, mostly the iPhone app functionality vs. the computer version. On my iPhone some of the options are limited or don’t work, and it would be nice if it had full functionality. The second is the CS team. It really depends on who you get - some people don’t seem as trained or perhaps don’t have the options that others do, it would be nice if they standardized their phone support.

Must have travelers

I absolutely love this mail service! I’ve had it since I started doing travel nursing in 2020. No more missed mail and my packages are secured. I’ve never had a problem with PostScanMail. Definitely a God send solution.

Best solution for people on the move

I haven’t had a consistent address but I am more in top of my mail than people that do. Thanks PostScan for take paper mail digital 🫡

Great Mailing Service

The title says it all. There are no issues. PostScanMail is simple, and convenient. If you want to access all the features you need to login to the desktop website. That’s fine for me because I’d rather not have all that info on an app.

App is good

PostScanMail is ok it’s the service provider that presents challenges. A lot of your mail gets missing and scanned into the system very late and you have no way to tell exactly what mail is missing

Customer service

PostScanMail seem user friendly and had no issue with that. However the customer service response time is 48+ hours. Tried so many times getting my usps form done correctly and they had me send them my id and a utility bill. Then seen the form wasn’t filled correctly so they asked for all of that plus my id and bill again. When they should of asked for all of that at once. I can’t entirely blame them due to my lack of following instructions but trying to get it resolved in a timely manner is the problem. I spent about $50 including storage fees without having the inability to forward my mail. I had to personally get the items myself . So there I canceled and going to ipostal which was suggested. This company wouldn’t be too bad if there customer service step up there response time

*Update*
They kindly returned my money . I can’t complain from this point now. Sorry for the inconvenience

Great mail service!

I’ve been using their services for more than a year now and everything is great! I get notified whenever I have a new mail. Great customer service. I highly recommend them when you’re overseas!

Much better than accessing website from phone

Using the website from my phone never worked well (zooming is all wrong). PostScanMail completely solves that problem. It doesn’t do everything the website can do, but I rarely need that stuff from phone.

Better than expected!

I wasn’t expecting too much out of this service but needed a solution. I have been super impressed with the ease of use. The tech supporting the process is pretty slick. We are out of the country for a while and this has taken what could’ve been a stressor off our plate!

Great Service / Recommnded

I used the mail service (Charlotte location) for a few months to have an address during my relocation. The service and app met all expectations. Mail was timely opened and scanned as requested.

There were two limitations: 1) I was not getting notifications that I received mail, so I had to check PostScanMail all the time. I’m pretty certain my iPhone notifications were set correctly, so I don’t believe it to be user error. 2) I couldn’t cancel my subscription over PostScanMail or online. I had to call and cancel. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful and made it very easy to cancel. Five stars to customer service (based only on one call though).

I would recommend this service and use it again if needed.

Love PostScanMail!

I live overseas for half the year. I depend on PostScan Mail to receive my mail when I’m away. They send me photos of anything that comes in, and through PostScanMail , I can instruct them to the mail and email it to me, shred, recycle, or hold the mail for me to pick up when I return. Reliable and works great. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and support

I’ve been using PostScan Mail for several years, specifically the iPad app works great. I’m subscribed to the Anaheim location and the service there has been perfect, I would highly recommend this service for anyone needing a mailing address and a place to receive their mail and package deliveries. I always use their mail forwarding, and the shipping costs are very affordable and the mail always gets to me within a matter of days. I also walked into the location once to pick up my mail and they gave it to me and were very friendly and courteous.

It does what I need it to do

PostScanMail is now stuck in a loop of forcing me to update before I can use PostScanMail but not actually updating to the newest version even when I delete and reinstall, making PostScanMail unusable.

I’ll change my review if it gets fixed but I can’t even get past the login page..

Edit**
The update was fixed in a couple days and everything works fine. I just use PostScanMail to tell me when I have packages and it does exactly that. I haven’t had a chance to test the new shipping info but it didn’t used to tell me what shipping would be so I’d ship and it was a complete mystery as to how much I’d be charged for something. Hopefully that’s updated
