Making it really hard to give you my money

To start with ShopSamsung is clunky at best which makes navigating it a pain. But, I’m willing to overlook that in order to still purchase the appliances I’m so looking forward to having.

Now here’s my story:
I’m looking to get a new Stove and Dishwasher. About a week ago I went online on my laptop to your website and applied for financing and was approved for $4200. However, to get the two appliances I wanted with installation and Samsung Care+, it would be $4400. (I am not getting appliances without the care plan and installation from the manufacturer, let’s be real). So yesterday afternoon I called to raise the credit limit and was successful to the tune of $7000. Great—so this morning I check on ShopSamsung and sure enough, in ShopSamsung it shows my raised credit limit. But here’s the problem: I can get the appliances but not the Samsung Care+ plan because it’s nowhere to be found on ShopSamsung . And you must purchase the Samsung Care+ plan in the same cart as the appliance or you can never get it according to your website. Now when I go online to your website on my computer, it doesn’t show the raised credit. So I’m trying desperately to give you my money but y’all are making it incredibly difficult.

The best of the best

I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

Decent

Downloaded ShopSamsung from my iPhone 7 a few days ago because I’m about to switch back to Samsung so I wanted to make sure I knew which phone I wanted. Used ShopSamsung only a couple of times and from then on when I pull up the “shop” selection in the menu options, “phones” is no longer an option. It won’t let me look at phone selections at all. It worked just fine the first couple of times but now something has happened to ShopSamsung and i no longer see a possible selection to view smart phones at all. Aside from that ShopSamsung seems easy to navigate but if I can’t look at phones then I’m kind of screwed because Samsung is currently offering a $200 discount on any phone and I called my local Verizon and they said it would only be possible to get the discount by GOING THROUGH Samsung to buy the phone...kind of lame since I’m unable to do so....

samsung let me down

i’m honestly disgusted with the customer service i was given 2 days ago my new S9 that i ordered 2 months ago was corrupted by a system update that you guys pushed. i called the tech support and they could not help me and when i tried to talk to a supervisor i was told they were busy for over an hour on the phone and when i asked again i was transferred but then hung up on i called so many times the system new my name. so now i have to pay for t-mobile to replace a phone losing all my precious memories that i have had over the years thanks to your phone i have pre ordered every samsung phone since the S6 and even bought the samsung tablet and new S3 Watch because i believed in your product ....but now i hate to say i’m very unhappy with samsung and feel like just getting rid of all the products i have in my home and going to another brand you were apart of my family and you let me down

Q90 4K- terrible/rude customer service

After days of researching TV’s we decided to go with the Q90 series 4K. The last day of cyber shopping, after business hours, my wife tried to do this online. Our financing approval fell short by less than 100 which we could have easily covered by other means if we were given the option. Then while doing the online chat with “Raul” on the same evening he said there wouldn’t be a problem. He said all we had to do was call customer service during business hours and inform them of the situation, and they would still honor the cyber shopping sale price. So when my wife did call on the next business day, they did increase the credit line but she was treated very rudely and even hung up on by one service rep when trying to get the sale price as “Raul” said would not be a problem.

Very disappointed customers of multiple Samsung products.

Customer service is horrible

I’ve always had a Samsung phone but this was my first time trying to purchase my phone through them directly and I’m already regretting that decision. My order was canceled due to an issue with my billing information. That made no sense to me seeing that they already authorized the payment instantly. Customer service wasn’t able to tell me exactly what the issue was that I should just place my order again. How am I supposed to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again if I am not aware of what the problem was. My billing information had no errors. I’m having to wait longer to receive my phone now, didn’t even bother upgrading my shipping due to this issue. Worse customer service I’ve experienced quite frankly and I woke in the field. I will never purchase with them directly, considering not purchasing all together.

Terrible Service

Can you Improve your Customer Service…!!! 😡🤬😡
Since last week I have been checking and requesting to get my 2nd IMEI since 2 IMEI’s are needed by the NTC for dual sim to block my STOLEN phone… and Yet, one of the Biggest Tech company cannot even Help me on this… This is totally Ridiculous..I already have my 1st IMEI, Thanks to my Receipt.. But you kept insisting on that I have to check my IMEI from it’s Box.. for God sake.. Not everyone keep their phone box!!!
Another thing, I remembered registering in Samsung Members and if I’m not mistaken, I recorded my two IMEIs there and yet You are Not Allowing me to Retrieve my account.. of course my registered phone number was Stolen as well.. But of course my Registered Email still Works.. So, are you just telling just ‘NO’ to every Customers who are desperately need your help on this… YOU only care About SALES.. That’s it.. 😡🤬😡

No app update on iPhone XS Max iOS 15.3.1

When i open ShopSamsung when i scroll to the bottom it shows me that there's an update available. I've clicked on it quite a few times and nothing it opens ShopSamsung store to the shop app and that's it. I've even went to ShopSamsung store manually and I checked to see if from within the apps that I had pending to update if it was there and nothing. I installed shop app version 2.7.10

Do not use this App

Samsung does not provide any support. I ordered a Samsung S7 Edge for my son for Christmas using ShopSamsung on Tuesday and paid extra for expedited shipping. I called today to check on the order. I was told that my order-and hundreds of others-did not go through due to problems on Samsung’s side. I never received any information on any problems with my order. I spoke to many customer support people who all explained there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestion was to cancel my order and reorder. But that I would not be able to order for at least a few business days. No responsibly or help. Just sorry but we can’t do anything to help. Will not order from Samsung again. Show why Apple is a better choice. They actually have customer service and stand behind their products and services.

WE CAN’T LO0K UP PHONES SAMSUNG!

They’re literally nowhere on the ShopSamsung. And your website doesn’t allow us to use the trade-in option either, as no trade-in phones can be selected, which is why exact reason for using your app in the first place. Now I can even find your phones. This is ridiculous, considering we can’t even do a search for them either without other irrelevant stuff coming up. You have now made it impossible fir me to trade in and purchase any of your phones. I mean, should I even be ranting about this? Please fix your app already. You’re probably losing a lot of sales from this. Not my problem anyway… I don’t manufacture and sell phones.

Does not perform correctly

I use Samsung and Apple devices, on Samsung ShopSamsung works properly, it's shows your orders and you can actually order from within ShopSamsung . On Apple devices ShopSamsung opens up but it never shows you orders or phone devices you can order. Is Apple stopping this or is this a limitation with the Shop Samsung App on Apple devices. What ever the case may be this needs to be fixed. If it's Apple trying to limit Apple device users from purchasing and viewing what Samsung has to offer that'll be a shame and potentially illegal. If it's Samsung who dumbed down their own app what's the purpose of creating it for the Apple store when it doesn't work properly. Fix this please Samsung

Amazingly Samsung

I have had some issues with my Samsung so I purchased a new I phone, well my iPhone was fast challenging and by enabling all the cookies in the apps I received the wildest adventure. However my Samsung was the most reliable and productive, useful phone to date. If you only knew the stories between me and my phones. The videos have been taken the Samsung 10 to unbelievable limits. ShopSamsung developers really utilize all the technology possibilities for me and my sons.

Could be more user friendly

I would like to order a dishwasher with installation, but I am unable to locate this option. When I use ShopSamsung provided information to call for help with my order, when I choose the right options I am given a recording and told to call during normal business hours - but this is 5:30 pm central time and ShopSamsung states that order help is available by phone 9a-9p eastern - so this is well within normal business hours. When I intentionally chose help with phone and tv orders the rep immediately transferred me to a line that disconnected me again. I just want to make a purchase. It is unfortunate you’ve made it so difficult to use your app or online ordering service.

This app works like CRAP on my iPad 🤬

The developers need to realize being forced to use an app in vertical when you have the device in a horizontal case is beyond annoying. I tried to buy a Gear S3 frontier wearable and you can get all the way to buy now but the blue bar does NOTHING when you push it. ShopSamsung is absolute garbage! Samsung how do you expect to sell anything to iPad users?
I have a Samsung phone and will be forced to use it or a computer to purchase from your company directly. Not sure about that.....just wondering why you did away with the larger screen Note model with the new 10 series? 🤔

P.S. I am David B......not anonymous pizza addict...not sure what wise crack pulled that witty name out of you know where?

Need more improvements

It doesn’t give you lots of options for the IOS shopping. It’s slow and it keeps loading. It doesn’t save anything in your cart, if you leave ShopSamsung you have to start over again. If you use their website, you can find more products including phones which in this case with ShopSamsung is not possible. So if you’re planning to do shopping for the phones, watches and tablets I suggest you to go to their website until somebody realize that they need to work on ShopSamsung and fix things.

Crashes every time I try to buy something

For an app designed to “buy” things this one does a poor job. It frequently crashes during normal item browsing but consistently crashes when doing The final “buy” operation. I keep hoping that with analytics ShopSamsung team will see the crashes and will fix these but ShopSamsung has been doing this for over a year. I’ve even replaced my phone and it’s still doing it so I don’t think it’s me.

Please fix ShopSamsung. Two stars instead of one since it does mostly let me browse, I just have to buy on a pc with a browser. Sad.

Love Samsung and love the app but...

As the title suggests, I’m a Samsung fan across all product lines throughout my home. I am provided this device to use for work. Wanted to share on this platform, during the order flow, after selecting financing (or whatever payment options) the flow breaks and are unable to move past to the shipping flow. Replicated several times, moved to my s10 and had no issues with my two orders. Passing along for the holiday sales season...

Easy Peasy

I dropped my 43” OLED 4K TV over the weekend, and I was really bummed out. I decided to check out Samsung to see what deals were available for Black Friday. I upgraded to a 49” QLED 4K TV. Purchasing it was super easy, and it should arrive in a few days. I’m looking forward getting it. The majority of my products are made by Samsung, and I really like them.
I’m an actual customer, and I wasn’t paid for this review.

No help/useless customer service

Samsung finance does not work. Now I got a hard pull on my credit for something I can never use. They will probably reply to this and say “speak to our e-commerce team for assistance!” Yeah no they are no help. Telling me to go buy elsewhere. Telling my to use my debit card now. Pathetic excuse of a company I will never be using them again. I made sure to ship to the billing address on Samsung finance to avoid issues and they just keep canceling orders. All my information matched to the dot. Will be reporting this whole incident to the BBB. PATHETIC!!! This needs 0 stars without a doubt.

Hmmm

I gave ShopSamsung 5 stars because it is easy to navigate and they have good discounts to go along with great products. However, I really believe because I’m using it on an Apple device they are keeping me from seeing the discounts on the phones. I can see everything else but no phones. Hmmm
