App is a good place to shop for your favorite team jerseys and accessories… when it actually works most of the time I can’t get it off the front page without errors or it just crashing completely. Good app just needs a few updates.

After Fanatics messed up my son’s custom Lakers jersey and their terrible customer service refused to make any sort of amends for it. I suggest you not purchase from this company. Even their customer service managers could care less. Order elsewhere.

app crashes way too frequently and it's often impossible to even just navigate to a team to peruse items in their shops. it's total trash don't even download it. don't have access to a laptop so i stopped ordering merch which is kinda whatever at this point cuz FanaticsNBAShop pisses me off that much

I used FanaticsNBAShop expecting to receive a better deal on Thunder apparel but that did not happen. The Nike app has the same stuff and the Nike app is much smoother. The shipping process is much faster and customer service as well. I canceled an order about 2 or 3 days ago and my money still hasn’t been returned to my account.
