TiffsTreats boasts a “tracking” function, but it isn’t really tracking. Just an estimated delivery time, which updates to the time the driver leaves the store, and then again to the actual delivery time. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still using TiffsTreats and I’m not complaining about the ability to have cookies delivered…but the “tracking” needs some work.

Want to track order ... tried to create account. Won’t let me input my info (even though I’d rather just track order and not have to enter all my info). Website also has bugs when you order and try to copy order and change anything it doesn’t save so you have to call and go through whole spew again. Annoying, time consuming and not user friendly. Fix these bugs so your cookies can be enjoyed without the hassle!

I used to love Tiff Treats when I could get them warm. Everytime I order now the order is always late and I never receive any kind of update until I contact the help on TiffsTreats which takes forever for someone to reply. And the cookies are never warm anymore. This will be my last time having them delivered. I’ll only purchase if I’m in the area or maybe passing by one.

TiffsTreats is ok. I found some of the form functions to be annoying and not very user friendly. I’m also annoyed by the company’s email campaign. “First 150 people to download TiffsTreats and submit an order will get 50% off.” Of course, I downloaded TiffsTreats . But TiffsTreats was not designed very well, so it took FOREVER to fill it out and get the order through. So my hats off to their marketing team for getting me to download, and buy cookies I probably would have bought anyways. But in the end I didn’t feel good about the whole interaction. So, I am deleting TiffsTreats . Probably I will be cookies again, but not anytime soon.

I downloaded TiffsTreats because you could get exclusive deals. Well, first time I tried to redeem a deal, it errors out. Says there’s an issue with the card. Doesn’t matter what card, it times out. Can order on the website without issue, but for the price, I’m not doing that. Deleting TiffsTreats since it doesn’t work for its intended purpose. Back to just ordering on special occasions or when someone else sends them to me.

You place an order online. Don’t create an account because nobody creates accounts if they can avoid it. After you check out, the website says “want to track your order? Download TiffsTreats !” Okay, kind of annoying but fine. Download TiffsTreats . There’s still nowhere to track your order. It forces you to create an account in order to do anything. So now you’re annoyed, of course, but you create an account anyway using the same information that you’d used on your order. Doesn’t matter, though, because your order doesn’t show up and there’s still nowhere to input your order number so you can track it.

I don’t want to create an account. I don’t want to download TiffsTreats . I don’t want your emails. I want cookies at my doorstep, that’s it. I have the order number, there should be somewhere that you can track it by order number either online or in TiffsTreats .

I’ve loved Tiff’s Treats cookies for a long time. Always great product. Fast service. Warm cookies create happy people.
With the push to use TiffsTreats , I downloaded it and tried it out. It stinks. I’m a competent tech user and found TiffsTreats navigation terrible.
I wanted a Tiffa trio and box of cookies special. And wanted 2 of them. Should have been easy. Couldn’t complete the order - received no indication of the problem. Had to order online through the website (also has poor navigation on a phone). Using Chick-fil-a app a lot. You should look at what they do. They do it right.

I love Tiff’s Treats but the lack of Apple Pay concerns me about the security of my credit card info (see Dierberg’s, Target, Über, etc.) Failing to leverage existing tech built into the iPhone caused a loss of sale on the part of my coworkers who didn’t want to take the time to plug in their credit card info. Please add this basic functionality and I’ll be happy to increase my rating.

TiffsTreats is very easy to use. The only issue I have is the option they give you to track you order. The only information given is the time the cookies leave the store for delivery, that’s it. Nothing about an estimated time for arrival, besides the timeframe you selected for delivery.

Why can I sign in through Facebook on their website but see no option on TiffsTreats ? I can’t reset password since my Facebook email is so old and no longer in use.

Tiff’s Treats is hands down delicious but this rating is for TiffsTreats so I give it a 3 bc there’s no actual tracking. I’ve seen other reviews mention u have to have an acct and download TiffsTreats to track your order. Well I have both and it only shows the order and original estimated delivery time window it showed when you placed the order. Ppl like to physically see gps tracking on their food orders whether it’s pizza or cookies. It’s a shame that most of the bad reviews going back a year or 2 are for this same issue. Please fix this and do better by listening to your loyal customers complaints and suggestions.

Received a text stating we had warm cookies. Problem was we were leaving at that moment to drive from our home near San Antonio to Houston. We contacted the cookie company and they shared we could have them delivered to the hotel we are staying at. It was seem less and perfect! The cookies are YUM! Thanks Will for the treat!

Already had an online account with billing info saved. Made it quick and easy to order. After signing in for the first time, I had 2 dozen cookies ordered for delivery to my office in less than 5 minutes. It was awesome! Love the ease of use.

This is hands down the most dangerous app I have on my phone, but I love it. We lived in Nashville for three months which is the first time I used TiffsTreats . Then we moved to Atlanta and what do you know, they deliver here, too. I wish there was a complicated math problem in order to log in and order these... Quick delivery for freshly made cookies. Perfectly warm and packaged and so good.

These are only comparable to the cookies grandma bakes. Grandma lives across the country so Tiffs Treats is my GO-TO. Thanks to them I gained 15lbs in 2 weeks, it was amazing and worth it. Which is why you should download TiffsTreats. Any cookie that makes you happier to get fatter is worth every single penny in your pocket 🙌🏻😂

I really like the stickers, not to mention that I’m a really big cookie fan and that cookies are my favorite thing to eat. What I like the most is that all the stickers are free. I highly recommend getting TiffsTreats even if it’s only for the stickers.

I have received Tiff’s Treats as a gift and loved it and I have sent same to a friend that needed a smile and a hug and it made their day that someone took time from their day to do something nice for them! So, I love Tiff’s Treats!!!♥️

I have been gifting Tiff Treats since they started. Grandchildren, friends and business partners continue to be overjoyed with the hot cookie/ brownie delivery with their favorite ice cream. Incredible business plan!

But other than that TiffsTreats is great and the service is as well
I installed TiffsTreats to send cookies as a gift and the cookies got in time and warm ❤️

TiffsTreats is amazing because it’s extremely easy to use and navigate through. Great user experience too. Ordering from their website was really annoying but TiffsTreats made the experience that much better since it was so smooth.

I downloaded to be able to track my order, but there is no tracking status- it only has two variables: scheduled or completed. My order is late but doesn’t show why, is it out for delivery? Is it still being prepared? Nobody knows

I downloaded TiffsTreats to “track my order”. All it allows me to do is see what my order is and whether it’s been completed or not. There’s nothing about this feature that shows me the status of my order. Amazing cookies, app needs work.

I’m so glad you can track your order in real time on a map! Easy to order, yeah you had to make an account but it’s all good! Next step for TiffsTreats : add Apple Pay!

App was easy to you (would be better if it had Apple Pay), delivery was early, and the cookies were warm and delicious. I highly recommend TiffsTreats and the cookies.

Saves all your info on past orders (addresses etc), and even sends you reminders on birthdays and anniversaries. Very easy to use!
