My wife was given a Tiffs Treats delivery today. Somehow someone gave them our gate code without our knowledge they left the box outside our front door with dogs in the yard. Not a great idea. Order #33793547. I left specific instructions on where it should be delivered. And it was not delivered to the correct place. And to mention it was also 3 hours late. I realize when have bad weather but it should have not accepted my order if it could meet the expectation. My recipient may never get this order.
I own a glass company "Lone Star Window & Glass Inc. " In Arlington, Tx. I was hired to go and measure for some glass fittings. Gave my quote and won the bid for 3 pieces of glass totaling $566.77 and that's with installation. Finished the job and never got paid. I was told the contractor fled with the money. But the store is still open and running. I have been given the run around since May 16, 2023 . Been told the lawyers are working on it and also stated maybe we could find the contractor. Is $566.77 going to break their bank???? I believe Tiffs Treats is responsible for the bill and should pay up.
The box was very warm on delivery. It was a mixed box of cookies, pie, and chocolate chip type cake. The pecan pies were put in center, were stuck to paper beneath and above pies. Could not get out of box with making a big mess and then in pieces. They should have been placed on top or in separate box.

The app is ok. I found some of the form functions to be annoying and not very user friendly. I’m also annoyed by the company’s email campaign. “First 150 people to download the app and submit an order will get 50% off.” Of course, I downloaded the app. But the app was not designed very well, so it took FOREVER to fill it out and get the order through. So my hats off to their marketing team for getting me to download, and buy cookies I probably would have bought anyways. But in the end I didn’t feel good about the whole interaction. So, I am deleting the app. Probably I will be cookies again, but not anytime soon.
Not User Friendly

Want to track order ... tried to create account. Won’t let me input my info (even though I’d rather just track order and not have to enter all my info). Website also has bugs when you order and try to copy order and change anything it doesn’t save so you have to call and go through whole spew again. Annoying, time consuming and not user friendly. Fix these bugs so your cookies can be enjoyed without the hassle!
Great cookies, terrible app

I downloaded the app because you could get exclusive deals. Well, first time I tried to redeem a deal, it errors out. Says there’s an issue with the card. Doesn’t matter what card, it times out. Can order on the website without issue, but for the price, I’m not doing that. Deleting the app since it doesn’t work for its intended purpose. Back to just ordering on special occasions or when someone else sends them to me.
