- Packages scream that it’s an adidas box with logos on the labels

- Unable to locate any stores within area to schedule a pickup

- Glitchy app

- Lack of transparency in time of drops

- Inability to preview items a few days ahead

- Lack of a complete process for when system will or will not accept a payment

- FedEx needs serial numbers off of all the merchandise, a photocopy of the FedEx ground pickup record, and for me to fax it to them
