All of the things that I was supposed to do … it doesn’t work for me I’m not ever able to schedule because the options don’t match what I’m scheduling for and my doctor doesn’t come up I can’t schedule a psychiatry I don’t have access to any of my charts files or anything and communication is lagging I can’t start a new conversation with my doctor and it takes forever for him to get back to me it’s short and impersonal
AllinaHealth is the most frustrating thing that I have been experiencing in my most recent life… The only thing it’s good for is to remember when I scheduled my appointments for other than that it pisses me off and I looked at the ratings and other reviews makes sense if you’re going to do some thing and create an app make it at least functionable for everybody before you release it otherwise you will lose a lot of customers.

Is there any point to actually owning AllinaHealth now that I have to download a second app for video calls with my dr to work? It was fine with in-app calls 4 months ago why did that have to change? Everything else is exactly the same as the website anyway

I use AllinaHealth to refill prescriptions, add appointments to my phone calendar, and message my doctors primarily. I’ve already emailed regarding AllinaHealth closing me out while writing a message to a doctor forcing me to rewrite from the start. Now I can’t seem to add scheduling events to my phones calendar from AllinaHealth using the button/feature either. I used to depend on that both for reminders and because that calendar is automatically shared with my spouse.

I downloaded this for a virtual appt (as instructed by their website) and every time I tried to begin the session AllinaHealth would crash and go to the home screen. I called the support number and they just told me to use a computer instead because their app had been “immediately crashing for iPhone users lately”. Given the circumstances this is unacceptable, setting some people’s health care back weeks or months to get an appointment they can’t even utilize.

Before the recent update, you could see billing details and pay your bill through AllinaHealth . Now with the new update there is no option to do this on AllinaHealth anymore.
Please bring this back and make it user friendly

They used to let you schedule appointments via MyChart app giving you the available times and letting you choose via the scheduling function. Well that function has been broken for over a month now despite multiple inquiries to the issue. Basically the higher-ups at Allina don’t care about the patients. Just pathetic.

Every time I launch AllinaHealth , I see two notifications on To Do. When I select that, something is trying to load but never does. Please fix. Thank you.

I previously had AllinaHealth on my iPhone and it worked just fine I deleted AllinaHealth for a while now I’m trying to download AllinaHealth again and everytime I go to login it says “oops! Your account is disabled” but when I go onto the web it works and let’s me login. 🤦🏻‍♀️😒 and yes I’ve tried to do it multiple times.

Logging in with face ID suddenly stopped working today. Might as well just use the internet to go into this, at least everything usually works there....
Also, have never been able to see the historical results of lab tests like you can online.

AllinaHealth is usually great but has been super buggy lately. It freezes or crashes when I try to make a new appointment.

There’s a lot of great things about AllinaHealth but they need to make bill payments an option.

I’ve downloaded 2x now, the second time in the hope that I would get graphics for the links. Instead, all I view is “welcome_title”, “welcome_body”, etc.., with no graphics. I have enabled all requests by AllinaHealth in my settings- hard to navigate, and can’t get my prescription info, or my chart- too many bugs!!!!!

AllinaHealth worked super well for me until a month ago when it started glitching and closing AllinaHealth every time I tried to read a message from my doctor… fix please.

Great way to access you health info and connect with your doctor!

The updated version doesn’t apparently allow you to log-in with a passcode anymore and you must enter your password each time 😠

Love my new allina health app. Lots of things I need quickly and they tell me more to come. Cannot wait!!

App freezes when accessing tests

Not sure why you have an app that shows billing statements but doesn’t have a bill pay function? AllinaHealth needs some serious updating.

Love that I can get turn by turn directions around Abbott!

I log in and enter my credentials, select start my virtual visit and the whole app just closes over and over. I have iPhone 10.

Access to health information and fingerprint sign in is very helpful!

On tapping on ‘ Medication’, app crashes.
