Scheduling? Access? Communication?

All of the things that I was supposed to do … it doesn’t work for me I’m not ever able to schedule because the options don’t match what I’m scheduling for and my doctor doesn’t come up I can’t schedule a psychiatry I don’t have access to any of my charts files or anything and communication is lagging I can’t start a new conversation with my doctor and it takes forever for him to get back to me it’s short and impersonal
The app is the most frustrating thing that I have been experiencing in my most recent life… The only thing it’s good for is to remember when I scheduled my appointments for other than that it pisses me off and I looked at the ratings and other reviews makes sense if you’re going to do some thing and create an app make it at least functionable for everybody before you release it otherwise you will lose a lot of customers.
App crashes consistently

I downloaded this for a virtual appt (as instructed by their website) and every time I tried to begin the session the app would crash and go to the home screen. I called the support number and they just told me to use a computer instead because their app had been “immediately crashing for iPhone users lately”. Given the circumstances this is unacceptable, setting some people’s health care back weeks or months to get an appointment they can’t even utilize.
MyChart Scheduling Still Broken

They used to let you schedule appointments via MyChart app giving you the available times and letting you choose via the scheduling function. Well that function has been broken for over a month now despite multiple inquiries to the issue. Basically the higher-ups at Allina don’t care about the patients. Just pathetic.
