Cannot get the app to open on my phone. I have cancelled then reinstalled the app, same result

Signed up and paid for a subscription, then told to download the app which failed to install after multiple attempts I gave up and asked for a refund which has been refused. Not impressed. I'm running Android 13 on a Samsung Galaxy S20FE device. This feels like a total scam to me.
Hi, I attempted to get in touch with someone via the app around two months ago in order to sign up for the wall pilates challenges, but all I got was the "normal/general" better me app. In other words, I did not receive what I had hoped for. I emailed the support three times and never received a response; as a result, I can no longer even access the app. I requested an email with a link to reset my password, but I never got it despite trying at least four times. I attempted clicking on the below, but again, there was no response. I can't even use the app I downloaded in the first place, even though I paid for a full year of access... My phone app is not working for my plan. I can see it on my PC, but that doesn't help when I'm not home. How do I get the oops something went wrong screen to go away? I restarted my phone and I also Uninstaller then reinstalled the app.

I signed up for an annual subscription, it worked for 1 month, now I can’t log in. It says it doesn’t recognize my e-mail, which is the one I signed up with on Apple. When i contacted customer service to reset the UN & PW they replied back that the e-mail was not in their system, its the e-mail I signed up with, shows in Apple for the subscription. There is no one to contact, and the subscription isn’t reimbursable
