How to fix LingoDeer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LingoDeer app on iPhone
Update LingoDeer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LingoDeer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LingoDeer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LingoDeer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LingoDeer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LingoDeer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LingoDeer App
1. On android, goto Settings » LingoDeer » click [Force Stop]

Update LingoDeer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LingoDeer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LingoDeer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LingoDeer.

Fix LingoDeer unable to contact server/ LingoDeer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LingoDeer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LingoDeer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LingoDeer
