Following this review I wrote them on Facebook, I got locked out of my account. It is almost too comical. What a childish thing to do 😂. FastPay, the petty king 👑. Thank you for a good story! STAY AWAY from this service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a PSN card wrongly advertised. I had to wait three hours, call customer service twice, call another random wrong number given to me by Fastpay, then finally write them a facebook message to be told they wont change my purchase while giving NO reason at all. Refunds, hell exchanges is the least thing you can do for your users, and Fastpay can’t even manage to pull that off. It is clear that they put no thought in this and they are not a serious about offering a service.
Wont ever use it again. I will tell whoever I come across not to use it. Not like they can because you can’t even get to recharge your account in offcial Fastlink stores.
You can’t really get away with such a abismal customer service, while offering such little value, especially with all the competition. Folks, use Asia Hawala and Zain Cash. They seem to serious about offering a service.
