Hamilton Status

I'm having the same issue as others have mentioned using Android. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 and I cannot get into the Hamilton App without it telling me I need to update my app. One UI version: 5.1 Android Version: 13 Google Play system update: April 1, 2023 Android security software patch level: June 1, 2023 I was able to get into the app up until about a week or so ago. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I've also done this after completely restarting my phone. Symptom: When I open the app, it pops a screen that says "Update Your App" with a button at the bottom that says "GO TO APP STORE". - I click that and it gives an option to "Install" - I tap that and for some reason it wants me to sign in to my Google account. - So I do that and it goes to another Google Play screen (looks like maybe the browser version), and the "INSTALL" option is greyed-out. - There is an option that shows, "Install on more devices". - If I tap that, there is a dropdown menu that indicates that there are "No eligible devices for app install". - If I tap that, it shows my device and says that "Your device already has this item installed."...and as mentioned above, the "INSTALL" button is greyed-out. Need a resolution for this. Thanks.

My app has been down for 3 days. It says my device cannot support it. It will not let me update the app at all. I have uninstalled it and redownloaded it several times.

Using Android. Recently getting message of trying to use outdated app. Directs me to Play Store and install. When doing so (same app I already installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled and signed in once) get message to sign in to Play Store, yet I'm already signed in, so no way I'm handing out my sign-in details to a message created by a faulty app 🤪

The app is not working when I try to open it it says I'm using an outdated version. I go to the Google store to re-download it says it's installed. I click it and it still says I'm using an outdated version

App keeps closing when I try to open. Reinstalling isn't working.

App closes immediately when I try to open it. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app but it does the same thing.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. Even with the new updates, the app won’t work on my iPhone 13. It briefly opens and then crashes immediately. Please fix these issues so the lottery will work!

No matter what I do to delete the app, reinstall the app - it is still in the cloud and when I “re-open” it instantly crashes… help!

I'm trying to create an account to play the lottery, but it keeps telling me that my password needs to be 8+ characters, even when my password is well over that threshold. Won't let me create account.
