Ik heb 2 jaar geleden op Lanzarote een e-step gebruikt en door de covid na 2 jaar weer op Lanzarote maar geen e-step te vinden van Wind terwijl ik nog ruim €10,00 op de app heb staan, leuke manier om je geld kwijt te raken, moet nu een andere e-step nemen maar het geld wat je minimaal op de app moet zetten ben je schijnbaar kwijt als je het niet opmaakt in dezelfde week.

Terrible experience …..

I took the scooter to what was suppose to be a 5min ride which turned out to be a 27min as the app could not get the location of parking spot correct. I have plenty of screenshots showing that I’m in the parking spot and the app not recognized it. Not sure if it’s a glitch or a way to make extra money but the experience was very frustrating. In addition there was no way to connect to customer support which is very frustrating. Finally the scooter ended up locking by it self. I used the scooter to bring a $90 dinner that turned out to be very cold. Overall as I said very frustrating experience and no one at wind who I could even communicate with 👎👎👎

Every time I use this app it ruins my day

Every time I use this app either the scooters don’t work and I get charged anyways, or I cannot find any adequate place which the app will allow me to get charged — then I cannot end my ride and I get charged for leaving my scooter running as I have no other choice. I can never seem to find a parking spot on the map. I’ve spent more time trying to speak with customer service than riding the scooter. Every time I’ve needed a wind scooter, it has failed me. Use any other scooter like Lime or Bird. You will regret using Wind. Once I get all my refunds I am never using this application again.

Impossible to Park

This app has gotten so much worse over the past year. There is no where to park and the app doesn’t help you find parking at all. Everything is blocked as a no parking zone, to the point that it’s frequently forced me to search for 10+ minutes and then park further away than I started from my destination. I’ve complained many times but the search for parking benefits the developers. They make more money as you get more and more frustrated. Stay away!
