Easy to use
Intuitive easy app. Only complaint- Wish you could name favorite orders so it’s easier to reorder, otherwise great and I use at least twice a month and my order is ready when I arrive. I sail past the crowds and am in and out!

The app makes it difficult to order at times especially if nonstandard or changes needed from published menu.

Poor functionality
Tried to order small qty of bagels via the app. Kept getting error message. Tried to send message to support and app just hung up.
