Doesn’t work

I went through all the trouble of downloading and filling out my info and then I go to order and the “Locations” screen won’t load, so I can’t go any further. I’ve tried closing the app and restarting and still no luck. I have an iPhone 11 not an unusual or old phone. Very annoying!
No way to change payment

For over two years i have not been able to change the card that is on file. Im patiently waiting for the update to come and get dissapointed everytime. I just want to be able to order on the app but the card that is on there is expired...
5 Star Food; 3 Star App

I love THB and have nothing bad to say about the food. But, I have had regular issues with the app. It is never clear how to apply a promo- sometimes it says applied, sometimes it applies without indicating and becomes unclear. Sometimes the pickup time bar is glitchy and won’t let you update the time....etc. etc. I usually end up finding it easier to order online or in person than using the app, sadly, which defeats the purpose of the app.
