I have a problem with RGB Remote

No current problems

- Music function does not work

- Cannot use the app while talking on the phone

- Requires a separate app to connect to Bluetooth

- Button to trim on the "white" does not work

- App is not centered on the phone and half the words are cut off

- Switching to a different app closes the app altogether

- Cannot get music to play, even though songs are listed and playing is indicated

- Sound does not come from the app when playing music, only works with microphone.

To resolve RGB Remote network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RGB Remote App
1. On android, goto Settings » RGB Remote » click [Force Stop]

Clear RGB Remote App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RGB Remote » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RGB Remote.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RGB Remote » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RGB Remote » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RGB Remote
