Close and restart the LGee app on iPhone
Update LGee app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve LGee network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LGee app issues:

Force Stop the LGee App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LGee app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LGee to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LGee App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LGee app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LGee.

Fix LGee unable to contact server/ LGee internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LGee » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LGee » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LGee on android.
