How to fix GoToTraining app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoToTraining app on iPhone
Update GoToTraining app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoToTraining iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoToTraining on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoToTraining network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoToTraining Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoToTraining not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoToTraining App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoToTraining » click [Force Stop]

Update GoToTraining to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoToTraining App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoToTraining » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoToTraining.

Fix GoToTraining unable to contact server/ GoToTraining internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoToTraining » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoToTraining » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoToTraining
