This Forum has been a godsend! Thanks so much! Initially the system was a bit intimidating because it kept looping and not allowing me to connect 🤦🏽‍♀️smh as I lol!! But, once I got the hang of it I love its flexibility. I can tune in on the go regardless of where I am...I can connect from my phone and listen in the car or my tablet as well as my laptop! I would recommend this to family as well as colleagues alike and have done so! Blessings on your creativity and innovation..it’s truly an inspiration to have as a tool regardless of your profession or lack of lol! Maranatha, Dr. Ina

I can't get this to work at all, even for one of their "test" sessions.

On the main screen of GoToTraining , I typed the session number, and it brings up an alert saying I need to download GoToTraining . The button on the alert sends me back to GoToTraining Store, which confirms I've already downloaded it, and sends me back to GoToTraining .

I tried going to the support page and clicking the link there, and it just sends me to a blank white page in Safari.

I tried a different device (running a newer version of iOS), and it shows a webpage that says "Tap to join the session", and when I tap it, it says "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid".

I tried entering the meeting number from within GoToTraining , on the newer device, and it shows a spinner, darkens the screen, then half a second later resets the spinner and darkens the screen even more, and this repeats forever.

this app has some serious QA issues. I've tried to join their "test session" in 6 different ways (via GoToTraining , via the webpage, via the support link, each with 2 different devices), and they all fail -- and each in a unique way! Their support page is useless, too. If there's some secret trick to making GoToTraining work, I'm not smart enough to figure it out.

All video conferencing software is bad, but this is somehow the worst of all.

Hmm I’m always skeptical about apps, I find myself saying that this is a.....Wonderful easy to use app. There are so many apps similar to GoToTraining, this is number one by far. My professor emailed me last minute and I was able to download GoToTraining within minutes of the question and answering started. There are many people that are in that text savvy yet, I find this to be the most easiest platform I have ever seen. Don’t listen to me damnit try it for yourself.

I’ve spent a lot of my professional life on conference calls. This was the easiest most seamless experience I can remember. The call I was on was with 10 or more people in different locations and the platform truly enabled the group to connect. In fact, I became so engaged in the meeting, I was unaware of the technology. I will definitely recommend and use this service again. Thank you!

I had a three hour training on GoToTraining. It wasn’t complicated to navigate. The organization had control over mute but we were able to use the feature in GoToTraining that allowed to raise our hands to get questions ask and use the chat box for the exercises given. I really loved it performance.

This program runs smoothly, is for all skill sets and can easily adapt to the hardware that you are using. Simple and easy it is to use, easy to understand guides, and uses little resources.

We expect things to work just outside of the box. We acknowledge an app when we have an easy session and the session went well as planned.

We try to Evaluate each use of GoToTraining and after 3 weeks go by and we have had minimal to no issues, then we forget about it and it is now in our nature to run to it for other projects and plans.

GoToTraining is a must keep in the virtual tool belt for sure.

I saw some of the reviews I guess people might use it for work, but I’m attending school online, and let me tell you it’s actually very neat. I kinda thought that this was just going to be Skype, but it’s really cool it has a chat board for students and a raise your hand button. Honestly this was made of online students. I do have to say it does get a bit weird when multiple people are talking so this is why I gave it four stars.

Easiest way to access your training, i was able to use my iphone and Ipad to connect, as long as you have a reliable Wi-Fi connection. Training Materials are available as PDF. You are able to do Audio and video conferences, as well as group chatting. Its User Friendly and Reliable!

Being that my actual university is in Florida, go training keeps me in the loop and keeps me connected to my professor as well as peers in my courses to stay well informed. It's like a classroom in your pocket. You still get to interact, converse and even type messages for the professors who choose to keep the class on mute. It's a lovely app.

Very helpful and informative. Relatable and comforting to learn that you are not the only one that is going through things on your own. You can learn new techniques or new suggestions to try. Having open communication with others and instructor all while learning and engaging live.

This was my first time using this format. It’s for a ten week class and I found it to be super effective. Especially since you can utilize it right on your phone. I didn’t know what to expect but would definitely take other classes this way.

I’m currently an online student at Full Sail University and our professors use it as a tool that provides additional information on assignments. I see GTT also as a visual tool that will help me start my business or make deals with individuals who aren’t able to be at the same location as myself. Great tool. I love GTT.

Recently used this for the first time training for an online customer service job. Didn’t have any problems at all. It is very easy to use.

Great program- easy and quick to use without reading instructions.

There’s a red slash over mic icon showing you’ve turned off microphone. But for camera off there are 3 choices under a menu with non-intuitive names and no slash across camera icon.

I’m new to the use of this app technology, yet I’m amazed by the ease uploading presentations and video feeds simultaneously. I enjoy the clarity and the stability of the product-in fact, all the GOTO Products. You help me engage others and be engaged by them. Thanks!

Being new to the trucking industry, I’m happy to see that this company takes their time to have training webinars to facilitate the navigation through their webpage and not being intimidated of it being so unfamiliar to me. Thank you!

GoToTraining is very buggy on iPhone 11 Pro. I could barely get GoToTraining to switch screens like trying to tap the chat icon didn’t work 9/10 taps on it. Same for switch back to the video being presented. One time I switched to read a chat message and the entire row of icons on the bottom went black and I couldn’t change to do anything.

Dropped in last minute for training. Having never used this platform, I found it very intuitive and easy to maneuver:)

So easy. This is the best method I have used. So easy when I’m out of the office. Can even take an exam on GoToTraining which was surprising and so helpful to gain credit for the training.

GoToTraining was great for my work training. It was really easy to use and communicate with. Very easy to launch and start training with. No issues at all.
