EngageSmartSpending is super helpful when it works. Today I got signed out and can’t sign back in. It displays a Rate Exceeded error, but there is no support to try and fix it. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling I get the same problem.

You need to offer support, otherwise there’s no point.

Tried purchase a voucher today and the card I had saved was not accepted. Tried 3 other cards all 3 were not accepted. Found out later that every card was charged for each time I tried it. I cannot use EngageSmartSpending to erase cards that are no longer in use or my possession. Can't verify or update or change my personal information like my phone number or address. If this overcharging happens again it will be the last time I use this again. I will be reporting this to my company as well. This borders on fraud.

Tried multiple time to get in through our corporate sign in fail’s every time. No help to try and fix it so totally worthless to me.

Was great when it worked—now it crashes on opening. Unusable

If you want to spend an hour trying to set up and get it to work, go for it. Even with tech support I’ve had enough. I deleted it. No app should be this cumbersome.

Now all I get is "your programme can't be found" when entering my email address... Website works fine.

This is horrible and not ready for release.

Searching stores like “Best Buy” doesn’t work, returns some random store. You have to go through all stores and manually look for the store you’re interested in

This discount app is provided by my employer and the most difficult part is remembering to use it! It’s fabulous! Quick & easy way to save $ every time I am in line I pull up EngageSmartSpending and am so impressed with the broad variety of stores available. Once my account was set up- it’s 2 clicks to purchase and then I just scan or hand the cashier/ waiter/ attendant my phone when I pay- haven’t had a problem with redeeming vouchers immediately In stores or online and have been able to use more than one voucher at a time. Love this new company perk and really cool to watch all the savings add up!

Love EngageSmartSpending and all the savings it provides. It is so convenient and easy to use. I am able to just pull out my phone right before I checkout, type in the total I need, and instantly save. I love that it also makes it easy to browse for retailers I don’t normally shop at and see all that I can save. It is going to be perfect for the holidays and love that there’s constant updates and improvements! Thank you!

I used the SmartSpending app to get an extra discount on top of a huge sale at Wayfair. Everything worked perfectly. It was easy and convenient to use the discount and make my purchase right from my phone.

EngageSmartSpending is great for quickly getting discounts or cash back on purchases. I used it over christmas and for some winter birthdays and have saved more than 50 bucks so far!
