Tried purchase a voucher today and the card I had saved was not accepted. Tried 3 other cards all 3 were not accepted. Found out later that every card was charged for each time I tried it. I cannot use the app to erase cards that are no longer in use or my possession. Can't verify or update or change my personal information like my phone number or address. If this overcharging happens again it will be the last time I use this again. I will be reporting this to my company as well. This borders on fraud.

The app is super helpful when it works. Today I got signed out and can’t sign back in. It displays a Rate Exceeded error, but there is no support to try and fix it. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling I get the same problem.

You need to offer support, otherwise there’s no point.

Getting in to the app is harder than the banks
