I have an inpen and it won't inject insulin anymore. when I dial up the insulin I can't push the button to inject, it's like the button is jammed or stuck.

How to fix InPen app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InPen app on iPhone
Update InPen app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InPen iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InPen on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InPen network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InPen Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InPen not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InPen App
1. On android, goto Settings » InPen » click [Force Stop]

Update InPen to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InPen App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InPen » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InPen.

Fix InPen unable to contact server/ InPen internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InPen » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InPen » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InPen
