Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever VRP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix VRP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VRP app on iPhone
Update VRP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VRP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VRP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VRP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

VRP Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VRP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VRP app issues:

Force Stop the VRP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VRP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VRP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VRP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VRP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VRP.

Fix VRP unable to contact server/ VRP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VRP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VRP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VRP on android.
