I installed the ap, but keep getting an error of "no internet connection" when trying to log in/create account

Can’t get on HQ, it says “no internet connection “ but we are logged in to a Wi-Fi at our club. It work one day and that was it.

To resolve HQ Trivia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the HQ Trivia App
1. On android, goto Settings » HQ Trivia » click [Force Stop]

Clear HQ Trivia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HQ Trivia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HQ Trivia.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HQ Trivia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HQ Trivia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HQ Trivia
