Close and restart the SportGait app on iPhone
Update SportGait app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SportGait iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve SportGait network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SportGait app issues:

Force Stop the SportGait App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SportGait app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SportGait to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SportGait App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SportGait app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SportGait.

Fix SportGait unable to contact server/ SportGait internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SportGait » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SportGait » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SportGait on android.
