How to fix BIXI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BIXI app on iPhone
Update BIXI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BIXI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BIXI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BIXI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BIXI Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BIXI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BIXI App
1. On android, goto Settings » BIXI » click [Force Stop]

Update BIXI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BIXI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BIXI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BIXI.

Fix BIXI unable to contact server/ BIXI internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BIXI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BIXI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BIXI
