- The app charges extra fees if the bike is used for more than half an hour or if the bike is returned late.

- There are no bike stations at St.

- The app has technical issues that prevent users from checking out and gives random error messages.

To resolve BIXI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the BIXI App
1. On android, goto Settings » BIXI » click [Force Stop]

Clear BIXI App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BIXI » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BIXI.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BIXI » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BIXI » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BIXI
