How to fix GOWOD app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GOWOD app on iPhone
Update GOWOD app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GOWOD iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GOWOD on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GOWOD network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GOWOD Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GOWOD not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GOWOD App
1. On android, goto Settings » GOWOD » click [Force Stop]

Update GOWOD to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GOWOD App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GOWOD » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GOWOD.

Fix GOWOD unable to contact server/ GOWOD internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GOWOD » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GOWOD » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GOWOD
