I was looking at step lengths in settings and then noticed the old style dashboard button and opened it just to see how it looked and now there’s no dashboard link to settings. I tried closing and re-opening Stepz but no help. How do I get out of old style
It wasn't accurate with steps. So I tried to remove app & reinstall. It crashed/got stuck with importing history. I have an iPhone. This has been going on for over an hour, anyway to fix this???
Had femur surgery walking with cane . App tells me I’m doing 20O steps or less per day. I know I’m doing lot more than that. CDo I need to open app?

for the past week, the app has added around 20000 steps to each of my days, when this isn’t the case. as i have automatic goals, this has set all my goals very high. just wondering what i can do, should i reimport my historical data? thanks
Stepz app on iphonexx is stalling at 99% when importing history from the cloud. It seems to have crashed after the last update. Same issue as the other posters - since 3/23.
Stepz is not loading. It says it’s searching for data
Stepz app on iphone xx, worked yesterday. Today keeps trying to down load history but gets stuck at around 90% (from the loading line visual). I did turn phone off and back on, still same issue. Also tried with wifi on and off. No difference.. Thanks for looking into this.
My Stepz app shows zero steps…have been using it for several years and have never had this problem. How do I fix it?
App not responding and showing zero steps. Has been the same for a couple of days, but showing the step count on the Home Screen. Today nothing and stuck on yesterday’s Home Screen count.

After iOS 16.3.1 update the last week of steps data is missing. The data before that is there. How to I reload the data?
The counter works in the UK but resets when I travel to mainland Europe increasing records by 20%.

It’s not possible to open the Stepz app today
Stepz did not record my time accurately. I walked for nearly an hour and it is recorded at 22min. The step count is accurate but not the time!!
iPhone 13mini When put in charger last night count was 4895 steps This morning it was 8467 steps ! Increase of 3572 Has happened several times Had iPhone 5 and worked fine, problem only showed up after switching to iPhone 13minii Any suggestions ???? Thank you
