Always late , on average an extra hour. Customer service is incompetent and charged .99 per minute to call them.

I’ve ordered a lot from Smood but I’m always disappointed with the delay of the order, items missing from the order, etc.. I’ve contacted customer support very often which has just changed where one has to pay €.99 per minute while calling customer service. I’m just very disappointed

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t able to reach customer service. I had to call the restaurant for them to fix the issue and they told me to ask for a reimbursement on SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp . I still haven’t figured out how to do it. I’m really upset with Smood and the restaurant. I don’t recommend SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp.

Worst delivery app ever

The live chat never really works or helps and customer service never answers. I have ordered several times for food that never arrived, despite the fact that SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp noted that it was deliverable. SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp is the most unreliable food delivery app I have ever tried in Europe.

No customer service, no food!

Driver came with wrong food. Found out only support option is a premium number at 1 CHF a minute or a chat that does not get answered. Hope I can even get my money back!

Never got my food, SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp never updated to tell me where the food was, I never heard a response when I complained and asked for a refund. I’ve never had a delivery app completely rip me off, but that is what happened in Zurich.

Needs a lot of improvement

If you hit the order by mistake there is no way to change yr order or add to your order, no one to help you.
Orders arrive ALWAYS later than the eta.

I used SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp for the first time because Uber Eats was not available in my area. I placed an order with a restaurant and waited for delivery. SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp notified me that the driver was at my door, but was not. Five minutes later SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp marked my order as delivered. NOTHING was delivered and I never saw a driver, or any vehicle moving on my street for that matter. I tried to call the restaurant, but they said it was out of their hands and to call the delivery company. I called Smood customer service and was told the the call would cost me CHF 0.99 per minute and to use chat for as a free contact method. ANYTHING I typed into chat was replied with, ‘sorry, I did not understand that. Can you please try again.’ I called customer service and was on hold for 5 minutes before I spoke to a person. Again, I was placed on hold while they called the driver to investigate. They came back and said the driver called me 3 times. I never received ANY calls form ANYONE during the time the driver supposedly called. I asked for proof. They sent me an email with a screenshot of the supposed calls. Nothing showing it was my number called. First alleged call showed 0 seconds, second alleged call was 3 seconds, and the last was 5 seconds. Smood refused to do anything further saying the the order shows it was delivered. So now I’m out CHF 80 thanks to a dishonest driver and customer service representative.

Don’t use Smood. If there’s a delivery issue, they probably won’t help. And…they’ll charge you for their ‘service’.

When I open SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp and click on a restaurant, SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp freezes. So I can’t order anything. Can this be fixed? Thx

Aggressive promotional notifications

SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp has notification preferences, but only for newsletter and partner promotions. With both of these turned off, SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp still pushes advertising push messages, free delivery blah blah even during Christmas. Only choice is to disable notifications for SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp which is the whole point for food delivery, right? Smood: Have a chat with your marketing department. You are losing engagement by doing this.

Good until you try discount code or change to pick up

I tried to switch to pick up and this did not work as it still only showed me delivery options and when I put items in the cart, there still was only a delivery option, no pick up.

Also, the discount code LUIGFDL2 for free delivery did not work for me.

Great service but no customer service at all

Great service, you can literally follow your order in real time. Add a feature for customers to insert their building’s digicode (so that the deliver person doesn’t have to call us) and it’s perfect!

It’s quick and easy. I do not have to leave my home. I hate grocery shopping, so SmoodtheSwissDeliveryApp comes in handy, especially living in a foreign country. I wish it could add more grocery stores though. Overall, great app.
