Not a big fan of it TBH

I’ve ordered a lot from Smood but I’m always disappointed with the delay of the order, items missing from the order, etc.. I’ve contacted customer support very often which has just changed where one has to pay €.99 per minute while calling customer service. I’m just very disappointed

Customer service

I had an issue with my order and wasn’t able to reach customer service. I had to call the restaurant for them to fix the issue and they told me to ask for a reimbursement on the app. I still haven’t figured out how to do it. I’m really upset with Smood and the restaurant. I don’t recommend this app.

Worst delivery app ever

The live chat never really works or helps and customer service never answers. I have ordered several times for food that never arrived, despite the fact that the app noted that it was deliverable. This app is the most unreliable food delivery app I have ever tried in Europe.
