Wow. I don’t know where to begin. SymplastPatient is absolutely terrible and has been for the last 3 updates. Where we are at now, I cannot login at all which is probably the worst of all my prior complaints. It tells me my password is wrong, even though it is saved in my password keychain and I’ve even tried copying and pasting it from my list of passwords. Not to worry, you can hit “forgot password”— only this takes me to a registration screen that wants me to re-register. There is no option for sending a passcode reset anywhere. Okay, sure, I’ll just try making a new account! After filling in my name, birthday, and new password, it announces once again “login failed”. It’s a literal stalemate and with the pandemic my practitioner’s whole office is shut down and is ONLY using SymplastPatient for communication. Meaning I cannot even contact them to let them know SymplastPatient isn’t working and that I’ll miss my video followup because of it.
