Wow. I don’t know where to begin. SymplastPatient is absolutely terrible and has been for the last 3 updates. Where we are at now, I cannot login at all which is probably the worst of all my prior complaints. It tells me my password is wrong, even though it is saved in my password keychain and I’ve even tried copying and pasting it from my list of passwords. Not to worry, you can hit “forgot password”— only this takes me to a registration screen that wants me to re-register. There is no option for sending a passcode reset anywhere. Okay, sure, I’ll just try making a new account! After filling in my name, birthday, and new password, it announces once again “login failed”. It’s a literal stalemate and with the pandemic my practitioner’s whole office is shut down and is ONLY using SymplastPatient for communication. Meaning I cannot even contact them to let them know SymplastPatient isn’t working and that I’ll miss my video followup because of it.

Perhaps in a few years, after a great deal of research, development and solid implementation, they will get there... As of now, I would not wish SymplastPatient upon any business. The level of frustration I have to deal with on a daily basis is unfathomable. We have been so patient with this company for years and just now we’ve realized this entire time we’ve spent trying to stick it out with them... has been an absolute waste.

Terrible App
I wasted my Drs time and I was all set up and registered 2 days ago with his help. Now I could not join conversation, could not go to home after hitting it several times. I’m so frustrated and now angry that SymplastPatient wasn’t working or frozen .

Have used Symplast over 2 years now. First EHR experience. Young and growing company by and for doctors. Some growing pains as expected but a very responsive and local team is always there to help. Looking forward to continued refinements and features.

SymplastPatient makes it so easy for follow ups and saves time for everybody. With healthcare costs always on the rise I hope apps like this help bring some costs down!

Nice to be able to send photos of logs, body pics and questions after surgery 24/7. Has saved me office visits and phone time.

As someone said below, even with saved password it says login failed. When you click forgot password takes you to a registration page. Absolute trash.

cant register, wont let you finish registration and the other app is only if you already have a username and password so it doesnt give you the option to register.
