Hello, we have a couple of problems with our wowcam. 1.when you press it does not ring on my phone 2.it seems to pick up moving items and sounds from a long distance as we live around 30 meteres from a road we get about an awful lot of notifications a day and the batterys run out after a week can either of these problems be solved by a setting adjustment?

We are trying to install a WOWcam video doorbell/two way audio. We have wired it up and paired with my WiFi successfully, batteries installed. However, pressing the button does not make it ring. Trying to press the reset button does not work. We hear no "di" from the doorbell, nor does the blue light flash. We have tried to reset the batteries, to be sure they are seated correctly, but it still will not reset successfully. What can you suggest?
