For the price I paid for my camera you’d think WowCamEnjoySmartLife would be able to load half the time. Play back my recordings without crashing. Unlike others you can’t even fast forward while still seeing your recordings for the day playing back. Disappointed.

Very difficult to use not intuitive at all. Cannot share with other iPhones easily. Motion alerts usually miss capture of people, seems to not detect soon enough to capture movement. Very poor performance.

This apps main features worked fine but now won’t playback videos
The sad attempt of English for the alerts is horrible and embarrassing The fact that I can’t set the time stamp to eastern standard time is crap . This is why people don’t like china

Can’t ever get it to work. Always says bad gateway 502. Says my password is wrong but it is literally done through apple with my face and I have the password to put in too but says it’s wrong too. Can’t do forgotten password because it says bad gateway 502. Can’t get app support because it won’t load.

WowCamEnjoySmartLife is extremely disrespectful to the user’s time. Even on the low activity setting it records constantly from the slightest shift of air, and all of these excess videos can only be deleted individually. It’s clear from WowCamEnjoySmartLife’s state of incompletion that this developer did not have its consumers in mind.

Brought door bells for my tenants, in testing
Using WowCamEnjoySmartLife the range is horrible, no way to increase the volume for the door bell from WowCamEnjoySmartLife you basically have to scream and last but not least it constantly times out the connection. Looking to unload these door
Bells so someone else can hassle with WowCamEnjoySmartLife!

Just purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents and WowCamEnjoySmartLife refuses to function. Now the doorbell has zero use. Please fix or provide full refund.

I have been trying for over two weeks to contact anybody from Support. I’ve tried their emails and phone numbers to no avail! I am extremely frustrated with WowCamEnjoySmartLife. I have purchased three cameras and they are constantly being knocked off line. Even wen online, the cameras failed to ring through to my phone. I’ve tried reinstalling WowCamEnjoySmartLife and reinstalling the cameras. They may work for a day or two and then stop functioning.

Turned on notifications on my phone for WowCamEnjoySmartLife and put the floodlight camera on high sensitivity and it never gives me any notifications. Way more activity in the playback functions but I don’t understand why WowCamEnjoySmartLife is so bad? I would like to know when people come to my house but because of WowCamEnjoySmartLife , the camera is basically worthless. Please fix this issue so people who spent money on your products didn’t just flush it down the drain

I purchased the Spotlight Security Cam more than a month ago. App has Ben updated twice since my purchase. WowCamEnjoySmartLife shows a firmware update v 15.0.2.0 and it fails to load. Emails to support have yielded no solutions. Hoping the new firmware will fix some misspellings and some half-baked controls in WowCamEnjoySmartLife . For instance, can’t figure out how to turn on the spotlight and have it stay on.

WowCamEnjoySmartLife is free and it shows. Setting a time zone in the US is a mystery. Trying to view recorded video from my camera never works. I always have to get on a ladder, take the memory card out of the camera and copy the video from the card directly to my laptop.

It works ok it dont hold memory like I expected to when i send me a motion detection i dont see nothing but if you was to stand their for like 10 seconds you would see the motion detection

WowCamEnjoySmartLife has a very limited time zone selection for North America.
There are only 3 zone, Atlantic, Newfound Land and Pacific. Very poor design and short sighted. I understand why the low rating.

After the latest update, WowCamEnjoySmartLife crashes very frequently

The device is hyper sensitive to inclement weather and definitely needs a shield, depending on where it’s mounted. After 3 months my battery just stopped charging and I don’t even know where to get a replacement battery

The crashes that other reviewers have mentioned seems to be fixed at least for me. WowCamEnjoySmartLife generally works well and has the features that I was looking for. push notifications to my phone when motion is detected, being able to turn the light on /off, and talking through my phone to the speakers on the floodlight are all nice features that work well. The one complaint that I have is that about 60-70% of the motion activated camera recordings don’t work. It shows the thumbnail, date and time of the trigger but it won’t play back the video. I’m waiting on a memory card to come in which hopefully provides a more reliable backup.

It works great in my office. I needed a camera that wouldn’t record every time someone walked by as we have a lot of people walking on the sidewalk. This camera isn’t meant to be a security camera, but really a camera doorbell. My clients push the button and within 6 seconds (on a good network day) I get a video request that someone is at the door. I am able to chat with them fine. The device had different volume setting for the outdoor device. My current problem is that they upgraded the version and now it doesn’t instruct my clients to “please wait” once they push the ring button. 6 seconds or more feels like a long time waiting for someone to open the door. I’ve emailed the company about the new version that was updated on the device automatically but unfortunately they have not responded.

I downloaded WowCamEnjoySmartLife after bought the dophigo doorbell. I w so exciting that all my family could chat using WowCamEnjoySmartLife like WeChat. Not only control my iCloud camera and doorbell. A+

Anytime I need it to show me live footage, it never works. It may also be a hit or miss when it comes to recording. The whole app needs an overhaul
