I have the WowCam DPH-D2 Video Doorbell. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this product. Just after a few months the video doorbell malfunctioned. Batteries was FULLY CHARGED. Tried to Reset it. That did NOT solve the problem. The device just wouldn't Reconnect. So, I got a replacement. After a few months, the EXACT same THING happened AGAIN!! I've been trying to reach out to CUSTOMER SERVICE but that turned out to IMPOSSIBLE. I just want a RELIABLE PRODUCT One that is of BETTER QUALITY. One that WILL NOT PREMATURELY MALFUNCTION!!! IS THAT ASKING TOO MUCH??!! AM I BEING UNREASONABLE???!!!

Why don’t I get notifications?

Turned on notifications on my phone for this app and put the floodlight camera on high sensitivity and it never gives me any notifications. Way more activity in the playback functions but I don’t understand why the app is so bad? I would like to know when people come to my house but because of the app, the camera is basically worthless. Please fix this issue so people who spent money on your products didn’t just flush it down the drain

I have been trying for over two weeks to contact anybody from Support. I’ve tried their emails and phone numbers to no avail! I am extremely frustrated with this app. I have purchased three cameras and they are constantly being knocked off line. Even wen online, the cameras failed to ring through to my phone. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and reinstalling the cameras. They may work for a day or two and then stop functioning.

For the price I paid for my camera you’d think the app would be able to load half the time. Play back my recordings without crashing. Unlike others you can’t even fast forward while still seeing your recordings for the day playing back. Disappointed.
