How to fix BetMGM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BetMGM app on iPhone
Update BetMGM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BetMGM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BetMGM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BetMGM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

BetMGM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix BetMGM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the BetMGM App
1. On android, goto Settings » BetMGM » click [Force Stop]

Update BetMGM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BetMGM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » BetMGM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart BetMGM.

Fix BetMGM unable to contact server/ BetMGM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click BetMGM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto BetMGM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BetMGM
