Absolutely useless app and pathetic customer service. I switched to an iPhone 16 Pro back in October 2024, and since then, I haven’t been able to access my JazzCash account just because their biometric verification system is completely broken.
Here’s what happens: I enter my JazzCash number, receive the OTP, and then input my CNIC. It shows “New device detected, perform biometric verification.” But when I tap Next, nothing happens it just throws me back to the CNIC input screen in an endless loop.
I’ve filed multiple complaints, spoken to their support countless times, and even sent a written complaint via email but of course, nothing works. No response, no fix, just complete ignorance.
It’s honestly shocking how a financial service app can be this unreliable and their team this unbothered. If you’re thinking of using JazzCash, don’t bother it’s a joke.
