I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro and have been trying to log into the JazzCash app. The biometric verification simply doesn’t work—it can’t scan my fingerprints, despite my phone being the latest model with no issues. For comparison, I set up EasyPaisa in just two minutes.

To make things worse, I contacted the helpline and visited a franchise, only to be told there’s no alternative to app-based biometric verification. The customer service was rude and unhelpful—they even hung up on me multiple times.

Adding to my frustration, I once ordered a JazzCash debit card, which took 1.5 years to arrive. JazzCashYour is a disaster—poor technology, terrible service, and zero accountability. I do not recommend it.

My app shows 2 different cards that i dont have and that one i received is also having a different number. And I cancelled all still annual fee got deducted. And customer support didn’t help. Bad service ever. And soo much biring and slow app. EasyPaisa is much faster. And transaction history is corrupt dont show all transaction data

Absolutely useless app and pathetic customer service. I switched to an iPhone 16 Pro back in October 2024, and since then, I haven’t been able to access my JazzCash account just because their biometric verification system is completely broken.

Here’s what happens: I enter my JazzCash number, receive the OTP, and then input my CNIC. It shows “New device detected, perform biometric verification.” But when I tap Next, nothing happens it just throws me back to the CNIC input screen in an endless loop.

I’ve filed multiple complaints, spoken to their support countless times, and even sent a written complaint via email but of course, nothing works. No response, no fix, just complete ignorance.

It’s honestly shocking how a financial service app can be this unreliable and their team this unbothered. If you’re thinking of using JazzCash, don’t bother it’s a joke.

My account was blocked and i received a payment of 4500 in it. After a week of constantly calling the helping and visiting branches i got my account to work. Now i started using app again and JazzCashYour is once again stating that the account is blocked by user whereas i did not do that. After calling the helpline they say that my account is active from their end but I can’t access my account it has been 2 days now and that payment is stuck once again. Worst banking app to exist and worst support staff.

Please fix the performance issues of the JazzCash app! Every single day I am having trouble logging in at some point of the day. You guy are much older in this business than NayaPay or SadaPay but their apps and performance is much refined and better experience with transactions overall.

Very poor service. My Jazz Cash App stopped allowing me to deposit money into my account. I went to Jazz Office in Blue Area Islamabad. I was informed to go to Microfinance Jazz Bank, where I was told to get Biometric form from NADRA as my NIDC was Lifetime. I did all what I was told, picture, submitted ID Card, signed required documents but to no avail. Revisited Microfinance Jazz Bank three times but still the problem persists. Just being given the runaround. Jazz Company not serious in resolving its customer complaints. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS!!!!

Been using Jazzcash for more than 4 years. Recently started using it more and i own an iPhone. It was working fine until i recieved my salary. Jazzcash App started working fishy it logged me out of my account saying that this device is new and kept asking me for a biometric verification. Now when i scan my fingers it doesnt do anything. And without it i cant log in to my account. Such a waste of money and time. I dont reccomend anyone to use this scam app.

JazzCash app has many bugs specially relating to M-Pin. Completely blocks access after just 2 failed attempts. Even if I put in the correct MPIN, it’ll redirect to “device registration failed”. Tried resetting the MPIN multiple times but the problem still persists. I’m locked out of my own account with my own money thanks to $H1Tt¥ design by jazz engineers.

JazzCashYour takes ages to open. When you urgently need to make a transaction JazzCashYour does not open and most of the time it does not even accept the password and after 4 try it’s gets stuck. And if by chance it opens it takes such a long time to scroll around or make any transactions. Hopeless app. We expect better service from Jazz as it’s a big name..

Get a bank account and use that instead. Even on a 100mbps connection its the slowest app to use and usually ends up with failed transaction. Its a popular notion that ever since Warid was taken over by Jazz the quality of call has degraded and nonetheless the IT infrastructure they have can not support the millions of users. I recently encountered a significant issue with the JazzCash app that has left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite entering the correct MPIN, JazzCashYour consistently denies my attempts to transfer funds, labeling them as incorrect.

Given the urgency of modern financial transactions, the JazzCash app's unreliability has proved to be a major drawback. I strongly advise potential users to exercise caution and explore alternative options until these issues are adequately addressed by JazzCashYour 's developers.

I cannot seem to login to my app. It has a short 10 second timer and JazzCashYour only accepts numbers whereas the OTP includes letters aswell.
To top it off i submitted a complaint. Got a message few days later that complaint resolved while in reality i never even received a call.
Very disappointed by their service!

When I transfer money from my bank account, it doesn’t show any money in my app for a long time. Its a very slow process. Moreover, there is no logout button. JazzCashYour logouts when you close it. Why is this??

1. While sending money, in the bank search field app crash while typing Meezan.

2. Unable to create virtual debit card, error occurred.

1. Since long jazz cash app has a problem of selecting a banifishery from the contact list by missing the last digit besides it get stuck as well n one can't go forward or back.
2. When operating through bank app one can't make jazz microbank as it's banifishery n every time you have to go through the lengthy procedure.
3. Easy paisa is much comfortable app to use.

Most reliable money transfer app. My bank app stops working at times but jazzcash never disappoints!

Excellent service I am very happy to use it for my business payments and personal expenses

Keep it up. The per week rate is slightly higher of Ready Cash Loan. The enhancement in Ready Cash (Loan) process to be on line.
