The app won’t even let me enter the otp on an iPhone. First off the keypad is numeric only and the otp is alphanumeric. Secondly, even if it was an alphanumeric keyboard, how do you expect me to enter the otp in under 10 seconds? The autofill just doesn’t seem to work. Functional requirements first, then the ux please.
I can’t even login. The otp I receive is alpha numeric whereas in the otp prompt, I can only enter digits & the keyboard can’t be switched.
Also the keyboard goes away in a few seconds.
Awful experience
The is absolute disaster. Doesn't perform basic functionalities. The error prompts give no information at all. If there was an option of less than 1 star I'd give that.
Whole app is a mess. Instead focusing on stupid UI animations which make the app hard to use. Focus more on making basic functionalities work. Whole app is a disaster.
The data couldn't be read because it isn't the correct form ☹️☹️☹️
Current version is crashing on biometric verifcation. Please fix it asap
I don’t find a very basic functionality to un-link my bank account, is that on purpose? Any request to server takes endless amount of time.
I don’t know what’s in their minds but they ain’t user-friendly. Apple should take notice of these kinda things in apps before they approve.

The registration flow is broken. Once you enter all the info and enter verification code it goes to the first page again.
