VERY SKETCHY

Just no.

Not great

2022-06-22

A confusing app, you can only sell things if you sign up for a this app card, items that you wish to list are extremely undervalued. Yes you sell your things instantly, but for a ridiculously cheap price, even things such as jeans or good quality jumpers.

Scam

2022-07-20

This is not a viable way to sell used items as advertised. Don’t waste your time.

Terrible

2022-08-21

Every item I tried to sell they don’t support. They make it impossible to sell an item. I won’t use Twig.

Asks for Social Security #

2022-09-22

Any foreign app that asks for your SSI is a huge red flag.
There is no good reason to ask for your social security number.
FIND ANOTHER WAY!
Otherwise I would’ve loved the idea.

Bad Idea

2022-10-23

I shipped two Tommy Hilfiger items worth a lot and whoever is responsible for the items claims I didn’t ship them. I did so thanks for stealing my stuff. Now I have to worry about my social security being stolen also since I tried for the MasterCard. Thanks

A Garbage App

2022-11-24

Doesn’t accept most brand clothing

Total waste of time downloading this crap app.

Might as well be a garage sale.

Blathering about sustainability etc.

They don’t care about anything except getting your stuff for nothing while they resell for $$$$$

Good idea but unusable

2022-12-25

You have to make sure the item you are selling is actually one of their >1000 brands they buy. 🙄 every time i type in the brand and they actually have it, it tells me they wont buy it because they dont support fast fashion (which is a good point). So how is Twig gonna work then??

I find it hard to believe Twig will be very helpful for anyone. Almost all brands you have in the database are fast fashion brands.

Sorry…. Kinda

2023-01-26

Due to the reviews I’ve seen im going to suggest this is a scam and uninstall sorry.

Bad…as in scammers

2023-02-27

They pay 10% what you well get on eBay…this is factually correct…

App crashed immediately

2023-03-31

Twig crashed everytime I tried to put my name in.

Waste of time!

2023-05-02

Literally - trying to set up and it was a fail. Why ask for my social security- breeches our privacy! Twig is garbage just like the creator. Hope they get shut down immediately for fraud.

Way too picky it’s irritating

2023-06-02

I tried to sell 6 pieces of clothing all in perfect condition and either it didn’t have the brand or called it “fast fashion” and refused to take it because it’s unethical.

The pieces of clothing I tried to sell were homecoming dresses and prom dresses that were $90-$350 each and you can’t input a brand or anything to even ask for it to be looked at. And I have an urban outfitters dress that was only worn once and it said it was considered fast fashion and unethical so they don’t accept it.

To make Twig better I would recommend letting sellers put in a brand for review so developers can add it. So I guess I’ll just keep selling elsewhere. Wasted too much time on Twig just for it to tell me no.

No other brands

2023-07-01

They have a very select few brands of clothing they take, anything else is considered fast fashion despite the dresses being all from department stores. Better to use a different app.

Great

Hi, this is a great app.
