I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 Pro and have been trying to log into the JazzCash app. The biometric verification simply doesn’t work—it can’t scan my fingerprints, despite my phone being the latest model with no issues. For comparison, I set up EasyPaisa in just two minutes.
To make things worse, I contacted the helpline and visited a franchise, only to be told there’s no alternative to app-based biometric verification. The customer service was rude and unhelpful—they even hung up on me multiple times.
Adding to my frustration, I once ordered a JazzCash debit card, which took 1.5 years to arrive. This app is a disaster—poor technology, terrible service, and zero accountability. I do not recommend it.

I recently encountered a significant issue with the JazzCash app that has left me disappointed and frustrated. Despite entering the correct MPIN, the app consistently denies my attempts to transfer funds, labeling them as incorrect.
This glitch has not only disrupted my regular transactions but also posed a serious problem during times when urgent payments needed to be made. The app's failure to process transactions efficiently is highly concerning and has led me to question its reliability.
I reached out to customer support for assistance, but the response time and resolution were far from satisfactory. The lack of prompt and effective support exacerbates the frustration of dealing with a malfunctioning app.
Given the urgency of modern financial transactions, the JazzCash app's unreliability has proved to be a major drawback. I strongly advise potential users to exercise caution and explore alternative options until these issues are adequately addressed by the app's developers.

Absolutely useless app and pathetic customer service. I switched to an iPhone 16 Pro back in October 2024, and since then, I haven’t been able to access my JazzCash account just because their biometric verification system is completely broken.
Here’s what happens: I enter my JazzCash number, receive the OTP, and then input my CNIC. It shows “New device detected, perform biometric verification.” But when I tap Next, nothing happens it just throws me back to the CNIC input screen in an endless loop.
I’ve filed multiple complaints, spoken to their support countless times, and even sent a written complaint via email but of course, nothing works. No response, no fix, just complete ignorance.
It’s honestly shocking how a financial service app can be this unreliable and their team this unbothered. If you’re thinking of using JazzCash, don’t bother it’s a joke.
