How to fix MyFibroScan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyFibroScan app on iPhone
Update MyFibroScan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyFibroScan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyFibroScan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyFibroScan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MyFibroScan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MyFibroScan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MyFibroScan App
1. On android, goto Settings » MyFibroScan » click [Force Stop]

Update MyFibroScan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyFibroScan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MyFibroScan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MyFibroScan.

Fix MyFibroScan unable to contact server/ MyFibroScan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MyFibroScan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MyFibroScan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyFibroScan
