Problem: last evening I spent five hours trying to get the stand circle to work and to register with zero success. I tried everything. When It hit ten o'c!rock and I couldn't get three more stands in it finally registered. I have been working hard to close all the circles. Now my hard work is ruined and my wager with another heart liner is over and I'm ready to dump the program. What do you have to do to get it to register? Have no problem with anything else. With the stand I'm at the merch of your program. HELP!!

The app will not allow me to log in. I have done everything possible to troubleshoot. When I try to log in, I get a message that the servers are down. This has been going on for over a week.

This is a preliminary review because it has so far taken hours to sign up... I will edit later if star rating improves with use... when I get that far! The story to date:
Way too much redundant legal statements to read and agree. Then the Step 1 / Step 2 as explained in Heartline app to link Medicare with app are contradicted by what actually happens (Original Medicare + Supplement Plan G gets recognized and treated as Medicare Advantage). Basic misunderstanding of Original Medicare w/ Supplement vs Medicare Advantage. Then, the server went down. Then, support took 30mins to answer. Then at final stage, got the app msg: “Failed to set up app, please check your internet connection and try again” (no prob with my internet, so I guess app server overloaded). I do hope the security is working better than everything else so far! This trial seems like a great idea, but I wish the app and signup process were better tested before go-live.

Just Trying It Out

Ok I saw the article on the app & the possible i watch @ $49
I have a iwatch 3, but not sure about putting it on the watch if I don’t qualify for the upgrade to the current model
What if I don’t qualify ??
I tried calling the number, but spent 2 minutes on hold without anyone answering
I wanted to get my question answered before I put the app on my watch
I’ve still not gotten an account completed I would guess due to not putting the app on my watch ??
I have gotten to the opening part where it tells me there is a iwatch detected and I need to put the app on the watch then come back to the page
Kindly fill me in on things
I had a Fitbit Versa & enjoyed it, but Fitbit watches seem to only last a year or 2 then they die
Mine did after 2 years, but I got it on facebook market place cheaper then regular cost
The owner was a kid & he didn’t like it do he sold it
I really liked the sleep tracker cause it gave me some insight into how my sleep was going
It really opened my 👀s on what happens in my sleep
But the iwatch 3 I also got on facebook market place doesn’t include the sleep tracker so I miss out on my sleep data
So now I find this, but not sure I want to put the app on both devices then not qualify & the app has to be deleted

I got the Apple Watch for the heartline study after using the versa Fitbit for over a year. Because of balance and pain issues, the only exercise I can do is aquacise. The Fitbit has great graphs for my workout, showing how much time is peak cardio, fat burning and below zone. I can also look at the face and see the steps I have done. I was unable to get the face added to my Apple Watch, a flower that blooms as I get more steps in. I can’t find any of these things on the heartline app.
Another thing I can’t find is a sleep graph. I used to be able to see a graph that showed REM, deep and light sleep plus periods where I woke up. So far, I can’t find these things on this app. Perhaps as I wear it more, I will discover more features. But for now I am disappointed. The only added plus I can see is the ability to take an actual ECG.
