I ordered from JuiceGeneration while in store because the line was ridiculously long. I ordered the same immunity asap as I did the day before. JuiceGeneration stated my order would be ready at 106pm. I waited til 110. As I was approaching the counter the person who was handing out the orders slowly turned around and started making conversation. At this time I’m trying to make eye contact with any of the workers since I now see my drink on the counter. 2 more açaí bowls are placed by my drink. The same guy who walked away picks up the bowls and starts giving them out to the people who ordered them and completely disregards me standing there. I wait for him to finish and he turns away again. Enough about him. My drink tastes like a gingershot only!!! No elderberry, pineapple or any other flavors. This was a horrible experience.
The smoothies are very good at juice generation but your app is subpar, I have had mutliple difficulties with JuiceGeneration. Specifically I think that how I am unable to continue pre pay by loading JuiceGeneration with money that I could use later. Overall your establishment is very good but I do not like the changes to your app
i have been trying to submit my first order through JuiceGeneration after creating an account and still unsuccessful. i select what i want from the menu, select the store for pickup, enter my credit card information and then pops up the horrific cell phone number screen. i key in my number and there is no continue button. i cannot go back or go forward and its just stuck. there is no way to minimize the keypad even to see if the continue button is behind the keypad. terrible development!
I love JG and the quality of ingredients but customer service is not this companies strength. Anytime I order on JuiceGeneration it’s ridiculously hard to get the employees attention or to even know when my order is ready. There are too many option in nyc to deal with that
I used to be able to order ahead all the time however since recent changes it kicked me out and will not log me in again, even though the information is correct and will let me log in on the website. Please fix because I miss ordering ahead.
My only beef is the favorites screen is kind of useless. After every order I’m prompted to save as a favorite. I’ve done this many times bc regardless of how many times I save it. It never goes away. Every time I hit the favorites menu it takes me back to the “Save as favorite” menu screen. The weird thing is occasionally when I tap favorites I am taken to the favorites screen where I see about ten favorites for the same drink. I don’t care now. It’s just frustrating considering I get a $12 juice every morning. Whatever.
Last week W 72nd St Manhattan location made my Almond butter bliss with spoiled milk and i went back to complain. Because i had a very busy schedule and i wasn't able to wait for another one, i asked for refund and she said they will just give me another for free next time i was there. Few days later i visited again to get my almond butter bliss with my credit and cashier said they cant do anything and wanted me to pay again. I work right next door and they just lost me as a customer.
JuiceGeneration is horrible if you are used to ordering delivery.
The only reason I gave two stars is that the Uber driver was polite. There is no way for you to contact any of the stores, and customer service support doesn’t exist.
They charge a high delivery fee and ALWAYS send the wrong order. The last time I tried it, I ordered two green juices (kale, parsley, spinach, like, and pineapple), but they sent one brown and another black juice-clearly not my usual green juice. I had no way to contact the store that delivered the wrong items and no way to request a refund.
When it’s good it’s good - but more often than not, the people in the store do not prioritize app orders and you’re waiting for your order anyway. It’s so frustrating and makes the pick up experience really annoying!!
Please consider rethinking the user interface to access favorites while ordering, it's too obscure and inaccessible. Also integrate Apple Pay so I don't need to input my credit card manually.
The açaí bowls are great, but there is zero incentive to chose Juice Generation in NYC. The market is heavily saturated with smoothie stores, and Juice Generation doesn’t help themselves with probably the worst rewards program I’ve ever seen. You have to spend $180 to get $10 off - which doesn’t even cover one smoothie bowl?
Ordering ahead on JuiceGeneration is a great feature to save time waiting in line. One thing missing is the ability to remove stuff from an order. My boyfriend is allergic to nuts and there was only a way to add toppings not remove or customize. Once they fix that then JuiceGeneration will be much better.
App does what it needs to, allows your to order ahead, however the latest update deleted all my payment methods. Also it doesn't accept Apple Pay and there is no place to go manage my payment methods unless I'm ordering. What an ugly change this was to JuiceGeneration .
This location on East 84th street regularly takes way to long to complete orders. I waited over 25 minutes today.
This is a great update! I can now order ahead for pickup at any Juice Generation
It’s nice to be able to order ahead of time. But a number items that are available in-store aren’t shown in JuiceGeneration . Also, it takes a few too many clicks to check out.
Very easy to use, pictures of everything are helpful, so many delicious choices!
JuiceGeneration ’s great being able to order ahead of time is very convenient however during busy hours the estimated time for the completion of order is incorrect. Also it would be nice if they had a notification sent when the order is ready to be picked up rather than an estimated time. And let’s be real if is busy do not expect your order quick they are human beings not machines. It will be helpful to have some customer support services available or somewhere to summit reasonable complaints
I can truly state that the hot teas (e.g., IMMUNITY ASAP & Cold Warrior), the Fruit smoothies, and the green juices help me breathe easily. I’m asthmatic; and the offerings at Juice Generation truly help to clear my airways. Whenever I get really congested or have a cold, or feel like I’m going to get sick, I’ve noticed over the past 5 years, that Juice Generation puts me on the path to health—Immediately! Thank you for making the best-tasting drinks that support health!
Love the smoothies & juice farms y drinks. Staff have always been friendly & prompt service.
