I ordered from the app while in store because the line was ridiculously long. I ordered the same immunity asap as I did the day before. The app stated my order would be ready at 106pm. I waited til 110. As I was approaching the counter the person who was handing out the orders slowly turned around and started making conversation. At this time I’m trying to make eye contact with any of the workers since I now see my drink on the counter. 2 more açaí bowls are placed by my drink. The same guy who walked away picks up the bowls and starts giving them out to the people who ordered them and completely disregards me standing there. I wait for him to finish and he turns away again. Enough about him. My drink tastes like a gingershot only!!! No elderberry, pineapple or any other flavors. This was a horrible experience.

i have been trying to submit my first order through the app after creating an account and still unsuccessful. i select what i want from the menu, select the store for pickup, enter my credit card information and then pops up the horrific cell phone number screen. i key in my number and there is no continue button. i cannot go back or go forward and its just stuck. there is no way to minimize the keypad even to see if the continue button is behind the keypad. terrible development!

I used to be able to order ahead all the time however since recent changes it kicked me out and will not log me in again, even though the information is correct and will let me log in on the website. Please fix because I miss ordering ahead.
