My period tracker doesn’t display all my months. At first it would only show up to March 2024 and be blank until Dec 2024. Now it only shows information from May onwards. Is it possible to fix this so that I can see my past events and all future events, please? Thank you for your assistance.

How to fix Period Tracker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Period Tracker app on iPhone
Update Period Tracker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Period Tracker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Period Tracker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Period Tracker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Period Tracker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Period Tracker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Period Tracker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Period Tracker » click [Force Stop]

Update Period Tracker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Period Tracker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Period Tracker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Period Tracker.

Fix Period Tracker unable to contact server/ Period Tracker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Period Tracker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Period Tracker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
