Nice, simple and cute

I haven’t been using this long so I don’t know all of the little problems with PeriodTracker, but (so far) it is a good app. I like how you can just choose the day that you started your period and you don’t HAVE to put in all the extra details, you should, but you don’ have to and that is nice. I’ll see how it does on predictions in the future but so far it’s been a little off. PeriodTracker itself is organized and finding what I need to is easy.

Coming back to this about a year or two later, PeriodTracker is still working well! The predictions tend to always be earlier than when my period actually is and it never adjusts. For example, my cycle is predicted to be about 25 days even though it’s been about 27 days long for the past few months and it hasn’t adjusted. But it is consistent so I can take that into account. There are a lot of options for extra details about symptoms and lifestyle that can get confusing but are nice to have. They had changed the layout of PeriodTracker a little while back and I really didn’t like it, I left feedback saying I wished they would go back to the old circle layout or at least have different options for people to choose from and they listened, the circle layout is back! Many of the extra options are restricted to a paywall but it is fully functional without you needing to pay, though I might make the switch to premium at some point. Good job on PeriodTracker!

Girly and Cute, But Needs Work

When I first got PeriodTracker about a year ago, I was totally hooked. It’s very cute, simple, and easy to use. However, it is has strange glitches such as making my cycles 22 days long when it was very obvious that it was a 23 day cycle. When I looked at the numbers of each day, I realized that it was wrong because it had day #9 written twice! 🙄 It also has glitches in the future calendar predictions. Furthermore, it’s also not very accurate... it always predicts 25 day cycles for me when most often I am 26-30 days. My period NEVER (maybe once, but no more than that) shows up when it says it will. Still I would LOVE to give PeriodTracker a 5 star review! And I’m glad others find it to their liking 💕But unfortunately, while I like the cute simplicity of PeriodTracker , it has some serious problems that need to be attended to.

Update: There are still some glitches, but I love PeriodTracker! It doesn’t kick me off anymore, and I also discovered that the reason it was defaulting my cycles to 25 days is because I had chosen that time in the settings. I have since changed that. 🤪It’s so girly and cute and I’m still hooked. Keep it up PinkBird!

Great App!!

I was sceptical of PeriodTracker in the beginning because I already had a period tracker that I liked, but I am very relieved I gave PeriodTracker a try! it is girly and colorful which is very relevant considering the circumstances, and it really utilizes the information you supply it. I do have one complaint and that is that it has a section to record your symptoms but every time you do, it gives recommendations on how to cure it. it was very helpful the first time around but I have been using PeriodTracker for almost 2 months and I have practically memorized the cures! it is super annoying to be recording your symptoms and keep having a tab come up with ideas to settle it. I have an idea to "cure" 😂 this problem. I was thinking there could be a separate section, much like you have with the "me" section, for symptoms and remedies. this could help with the people who feel the way I do, but also will supply helpful information! please take my idea into consideration because I really love PeriodTracker and I think this would make it even better😊

thank you!

Best Period Tracker !

I normally do not leave reviews for apps but with this one I just had to! It is seriously amazing and is better than any other apps that track your period. The other apps are super complicated and their layouts are usually bland/ugly. PeriodTracker gives you the opportunity to log anything pertaining to your health while still maintaining a cute layout. My favorites are logging when I have sex ( get to log if it was protected or etc) and the period itself. I’m on birth control and with PeriodTracker it makes it very easy to log the flow and jot down any notes I might have.
Another great feature is that it predicts when you’ll ovulate, when your fertile and when your next period should arrive. Knowing when I’m fertile and when I ovulate helps me avoid having sex on those days and prevent pregnancy (have 2 kids already) Even though my husband and I both use forms of birth control one can NEVER be too careful.
Thank you so much for creating PeriodTracker ❤️❤️❤️

Love it SO much!

I have VERY irregular periods that tend to be months apart, I’m still pretty young and I know it’s normal the first few years but other apps give me the option to say I haven’t gotten my cycle yet and it just freaks out. I really like the symptoms feature, and love the customizable options, especially being able not to see the “high chance of pregnancy” or “sexual activity” things pop up because 1. That’s awkward for someone my age who isn’t sexually active at all 2. It’s annoying when other tracker apps do it and you’re irregular (I’m aware these are meant for tracking if you’re trying to have a baby or just mainly for adults, I’m just a teenager who’s innocent as heck and many ‘teen’ period trackers are the same thing as adult ones)
I know I’m writing a long review but hey I love PeriodTracker!!! I totally recommend it to all my friends!! PinkBird is simple and easy to use for every lady 😊😊😊 Plus it’s all free!

Very accurate!💕

I absolutely love PeriodTracker! Before I downloaded it I would go into my cycle very unprepared because I had no idea when it would come. But since I downloaded PeriodTracker I’ve been getting reminders every month before my cycle begins which is wonderful! PeriodTracker has made my life 100 times easier! I also really love the daily log ins, and the fact that they give you some advice on how to deal with cramps, acne, water weight, ect. It’s extremely helpful and there’s nothing at all I would change about PeriodTracker. I love how it’s does the little count down too so I know when and how far my cycles close to being over! I’m also so in love with the daily health tips. Sometimes I’m so stressed but then I’ll get a notification saying “The best time for a face mask is now” or “Drink some hot tea to get away some stress” and it’s awesome! Love PeriodTracker! I’ll definitely suggest this to all my friends💕

Very helpful

PeriodTracker came to me recommended by a friend. I told her how my life is so stressful and I cannot anymore predict my cycle even though I have records. It just seemed like it’s all over the place.
I put in all the data I had and through the graphs I could see fluctuations and inconsistencies in my flow. I am using app only for two weeks and I find it very helpful with the tips/advice on what to do when you back hurts or you feel moody. PeriodTracker definitely will improve quality of my life❤️

Update: I had been using PeriodTracker for over a year and I am super happy. There are always helpful upgrades. Like reminder that you period is in 2days or that you need to drink water(something I always forget). PeriodTracker worked well for my well visit with Gynecologist easy to look over all the data.
On the side note you can even have your sex life calendar up to date.

Great app !

PeriodTracker definitely is helpful when you’re a person like me who forgets to keep track of their menstruation. All you have to do is put the day you got it & how many days you usually have it for after that it does all the work for you. It even ask you if you have any pain such as: cramps, headaches, nausea, backaches, etc.. and ways that can help get rid of these pains. I’ve learned so much about what to do and what not to do during my menstruation. It gives information about how getting enough sleep can help relieve your body from so much pressure minimizing how easily frustrated and annoyed we get (it happens to all us). I initially got this all just to be more organized, and to know whether or not I’m late but along the way I realized how helpful PeriodTracker really is and I recommend every one of my ladies to use it.

This app is great, however I do have one suggestion

The way PeriodTracker works is perfect and on point! There aren’t any raunchy; sexual tabs in PeriodTracker , the health tips are very useful, and PeriodTracker is an overall trustworthy and helpful tracker! However, I do have a specific request in mind. I’m hoping you can make PeriodTracker LGBTQ+ friendly. As an FTM, I can confirm that women and girls aren’t the only ones who use PeriodTracker, and I have a strong feeling that I’m not the only transgender male either. Menstruation and pregnancy shouldn’t be treated as strictly “feminine” bodily functions. (Just look at the male seahorse for example..) Not every FTM stops menstruating. Some stop taking testosterone, some just take birth control, some don’t take anything to physically transition, while others may want to use PeriodTracker to track their pregnancies. Well at the end of the day, all I can do is merely attempt to encourage my desired alteration. I hope whom ever is reading my review is doing well. That’s all I have to convey 🙂

Total gamechanger!

PeriodTracker is a total game changer! I just started my period and at first I was pretty freaked out, i didn’t know how to track my period and I basically didn’t know what it meant. I looked up period trackers and this one looked like one that I would be able to use, so I downloaded it and put in all my info and it tracks it perfectly. If you are someone like me who is a little bit nervous for maybe some of your friends to know and you don’t want one of them to maybe be playing on your phones and think that PeriodTracker is a game or something, you can just go to settings in PeriodTracker and have a passcode for PeriodTracker that only you know. I totally recommend PeriodTracker to the all the ladies out there who aren’t sure what app to use!

Love the app. Only 4 stars with new home page

***EDIT*** It would be nice if you would consider adding a feature for people who take the Depo shot. Maybe separating the meanings for “protected” under sex, because protected from STDs by a condom is different from potential protection from pregnancy by birth control. And it’s not like the pill, you don’t take the shot, or IUDs everyday, but it’s still on time. A place to keep track of your last Depo injection or IUD implant.***

PeriodTracker has been and incredible help in tracking and understanding my cycle better. Every update has improved PeriodTracker until the most recent one (as of December 25, 2018). The way the home page is now isn't ideal. The way it was before with the rounding timer and the arrow that points to where you are in your cycle was much better. Other than this change, stellar app.

Password Recovery Issues

So... I forgot my password. It's not all that surprising- I usually use Touch ID and even then it's only for a few days a month. However, something happened to my Touch ID (I fixed the issue eventually) and I wasn't able to access PeriodTracker for about 50 days. At first I wasn't too worried - I could always just log in using my email. When I tried to do that, I was told my account did not exist. I thought that was pretty weird, as I remembered receiving an email from pink bird, but brushed it off and tried the 'account on this phone' tab... The page stayed completely blank. I'm really frustrated with PeriodTracker, because although the period tracking element is OK, without allowing someone to enter, it's useless. Not to mention, (this was the last straw for me) I cannot change my password now, because I don't remember the old one.

The best

This is one of my favorite apps for period tracking. Not only is it fairly accurate, when you input symptoms it tells you how to combat them. Every once in a while I get a notification telling me little tips like “now is a good time for a face mask” or “avoid ice water if cramps get bad” and a few other little things I can’t remember. You do need to pay if you want all the little analytics (what your symptoms may mean about where you are in your cycle, mood analytics, etc.) which is completely understandable. PeriodTracker works perfectly even without paying. You still get your average cycle stuff and period predictions are never more than a few days off, in my experience almost always very accurate.

Completely ruined the app

If I could give 0 stars right now I would. PeriodTracker was AWESOME up until they released their most recent bouts of updates in mid-September. My app was frozen for about a week, so I uninstalled PeriodTracker , and then reinstalled it. I have been using an account since last December, so this should not have been an issue. HOWEVER, when I reinstalled PeriodTracker , my account was no where to be found. Lo and behold they issued another update to PeriodTracker , and now it’s somehow even worse. My data from March up until September is completely gone. Wiped clean. I relied on that data heavily because I have really irregular periods due to heath issues and new birth control. I emailed several people back and forth with a conclusion from someone named Jenny, saying there’s basically nothing they can do. It’s ridiculous. PeriodTracker never stays signed in. Data is gone. Fix PeriodTracker , return it to how it was. Whoever created this update clearly didn’t play with it enough before the release.

AMAZING

I have always been, from the beginning, by superior women, “to track your cycle”. I never ever considered it at all. It seemed like something people say but really is just a waste of time for those who actually do it. But when I started having consistent “mishaps” I decided to try something. PeriodTracker tells me not just when my cycle starts or ends, but the more you use it, it begins to predict your symptoms and moods. And provides information on how to help. It take close to no time at all and it is able to be locked from the outside, so with it’s cute little name and skin, no one can and would even think of snooping through you lady business. Truly it has helped with sooo much and I completely recommend to others, NO COMPLAINTS!

Best App on iOS❣️

If you’re looking for a period logging app, this is the best FREE app on iOS App Store!
It has everything you need to log your period & so much more plus you can customize it to what you want to log & what you don’t care about. & the best part is it is FREE❣️
Other apps are free to download & give you a 7 day free trial but once you’ve used the trial up, you have to subscribe some ridiculous amount to log anything which renders PeriodTracker useless. PeriodTracker’s Premium package offers import & export data and a few bells & whistles to make PeriodTracker prettier. You can still log & customize everything you want for free!!!!⚜️Highly recommend💯

Favorite Tracker By Far

I’ve used a lot of apps over the years, but this one is by far the most accurate one I’ve used. I went off BC for a few months and wanted to track my symptoms and know when to expect my period. It was SPOT ON. Sometimes I would expect it to come sooner or later thinking “I know my body” and I was wrong lol. A great app I definitely recommend it. And I recommend adding your symptoms because the more you do the more accurate it becomes (also super helpful if you want to talk to you doctor about your period. Organizes the information for you under “reports” which I find super helpful)

Accurately predicts period and first period!

I’ve been using PeriodTracker since my first period. I was so scared to get it so I downloaded PeriodTracker. I had my doubts, but it’s truly amazing. I wore a pad the day it said I would get my first period... and I did get it!😱 I was so relieved!! Also, PeriodTracker predicts when your period will end, and again, it accurately predicted my end! PeriodTracker keeps you on a calendar, and has you update your feelings daily! It also has the option to remove the sex and fertility questions, because people my age don’t need them. Thank you soo much Pink Bird for an amazing app that lets all girls feel comfortable every day!

Absolutely fabulous.

I’ve had PeriodTracker for a few years and there are some things that I would change, but overall it reminds me when I’m about to have my period and when my period will end. It help remind me to take any medication that I may be on. It makes my irregular period pretty easy to predict, and is usually always correct about starting/ending times. It also provides help with any issues, for example; back pain, bloating, and fatigue are my main troubles, so the advice it gave me 2 years ago about it, I still use to this day. Thank you for reading my genuine opinion on this!
