I recently had my N8 replaced because of a faulty prong. I haven't been able to pair it with my Nucleus smart app. My left ear is a N7, and I know I have to pair at the same time. But each time I try, they come up separately! HELP

I an unilateral and i have a Cochlear nucleus 7 processor for the last 5 years. I have downloaded the nucleus smart app into my Samsung galaxy android A12 phone. I have tried and tried again to set up the account with my email address & password. It keeps saying password already in use. I also use the same email address & password with my cochlear account. Now I am locked out of both, the nucleus smart app and my cochlear account. Can you help. Thank you.
Since last iPhone 13 update iOS 16.4 my nucleus smart app just spins and won’t connect. Been working great until then. How do I fix this?
I’m a bilateral cochlear wearer. The app is so messed up. I have hearing devices set to individual control or adjust independently. The app will not recognize this and it shows only one + and - key! What up with this app? Problems connecting and pairing too! I’ve had these two Processors for almost 7 years!! The app needs an upgrade!

I rely heavily on using the forward focus feature at work. Every since yesterday when I try to go to the app is just says connecting. I’ve tried re-pairing my N7 to my phone but that doesn’t help.
I updated my Nucleus Smart App this evening. When I tried to open the App on my IPhone, it opens up to “connecting” but never opens up. It appears that it is just stuck on “connecting.” Help!!
I have a left side Resound hearing aid and a right side Nucleous 7 Cochlear implant connected together. Phone, (Samsung S10 Android) will only connect randomly to one or the other. Feedback from hearing professional says this is common with Android systems. other professionals in the mobile phone industry maintain that neither Samsung or Android should cause this problem.
The smart app cannot connect to my phone. I continue to get the message "not connected." If it won't connect, I can't pair my phone, MM2+ or TV with my processor.

my left processor keeps losing bluetooth connection to my android phone. It is not working for the phone itself, and not working for streaming from Spotify.The connection is good with the right processor. Both processors work with the Cochlear Tv streamer. I have unpaired and paired, but without solving the problem. My audiology clinic appears to have closed.
Nucleus 7 Smart app not showing latest usage info - only shows last Monday’s usage and today is Sunday
My nucleus smart on my iPhone says it can’t find my processor The batteries are fully charge and I have turn it off and on a few times and still not working Do I need to upgrade it? Tell me what to do I had this problem before and my dr fixed it but don’t remember how she did it
