App is always loading some simple data

Did you tested EasyWallet before release? it is always loading some data, why it should take a more time just for checking my balance or my favorite payments, I spent an hour for just passing one payment

this has to be one of the worse if not worst services in armenia, they take the money and don’t register it and say nah we didn’t take it, they take your information and refuse to delete it, if you see them run and don’t look back

I cannot pass the identification process on the this app app. Every time I'm prompted to take a picture of my ID, the camera fails to activate. I’ve restarted EasyWallet and tested multiple times, but nothing works. Very frustrating experience.
Payment 404 page

Your update broke the payment system. I can’t use my MasterCard anymore to make payments. I get to a 404 page. Please fix.
