Just got rejected my identity check in the app with the mesage "The identity document was not sent by the customer" — what is this supposed to mean? I did send everything as the procedure suggested. First I was wondering why the customer service reply is so unclear, but then I just found this page. Maybe I just dodged a bullet.

Did you tested this app before release? it is always loading some data, why it should take a more time just for checking my balance or my favorite payments, I spent an hour for just passing one payment

this has to be one of the worse if not worst services in armenia, they take the money and don’t register it and say nah we didn’t take it, they take your information and refuse to delete it, if you see them run and don’t look back
