Wordscapes Status

I’ve been playing Wordscapes for a couple of years and it’s part of my daily routine. Making the new Wildlife aspect mandatory has ruined the app for me. I won’t be opting in to that aspect. If that means I can no longer play, then I’m done. I understand the need for revenue and have never minded the ads. As I’m aging, I understand the need to keep the mind sharp. That was an aspect of the old Wordscape that attracted me to your app. Now you’ve lost that. Unless you give an option to do puzzles without entering the Wildlife portion, you’ve lost me.

Loved playing Wordscapes daily. Now can’t get off foxes page. How to get back to daily games?

Have enjoyed Wordscapes for years - got my husband’s mind off his cancer. Tonight my app stuck on promoting another game about animals with no way to exit. Please restore my levels! We can’t play together now!! App starts at beginner level and we no longer see our favorite Daily Puzzle.

I ust found that the game now involves opening with some dumb cartoon bird. How can I get bakc to the original look of the game?

Ad won’t go away, can’t get to game

wordscapes wildlife has installed on my wordscapes game. I would like it taken off.

Like lots of others, my app is stuck on the stupid fox screen and a message that says hit the (nonexistant, misnamed) button.

Every time I try to play it looks like it is loading but then it goes to a black screen. I can hear sound. I have tried restarting both app and device. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. No change. I have lost everything I had earned and won. VERY FRUSTRATING! Any solutions?

I reloaded Wordscapes as it was going to a black screen and crashing every time and it's still doing the same. Can you help please.

I got a message saying the app has a bug. When it does open for me? I can chat, but the minute I choose play, the app closes.

Screen has been frozen for a number of days with an image of a fox and a press to continue. Seems other people may be having the same issue. How and when will this be fixed? Thank you.

I am stuck on the Fox and Tap to Continue screen. Reboot doesn’t fix it. I’m at level 2081 and don’t want to loose all progress.

I also have the frozen screen with the fox and the Collect with the arrow. I have an updated app and have turned the tablet off overnight and it is still not working. Now I can't play the tournament. Grrrr..

The background changed to a fox and is now frozen. Keeps saying tap to collect but nowhere can I tap to unfreeze it ???? I’ve tried updating the app, turning my phone off and back on but nothing works. Please unfreeze me. Thank you

Some new wildlife feature prohibits me from using Wordscapes. How can I get rid of this feature?

My WordScapes app reboots nearly every time I try to send a message and sometimes reboots as soon as I open chat. Other times I will get two to six words written and then the app reboots, erasing the entire chat. Sometimes I can get the chat sent but the last few words are cut off.

The wordscape tourney is not coming up on my kindle. I've been playing it for years. All of a sudden this weekend, no tourney. Thank you.

Chatroom not working correctly. Messages are being cut off. Not seeing the whole of the messaging.

Hello: I have an iPhone 11, and just recently the chat function is not operating properly. After I send a chat, I can only see the first line of the message in my screen. Also, I cannot see all of other players’ chat messages if they are longer than two lines. I have tried to see what version of the game I am playing to see if I need to update, but cannot find it by going to the App Store. Any suggestions? — Jeff Weber (AKA Newsman in the game)

Try to make a 5 letter word with the letters S T R E E T. It will not accept any words even those I checked on word unscrambled.
