The wordscapes tourney is not coming up on my app. It says I have 3600 as my update.

Chatroom not working correctly. Messages are being cut off. Not seeing the whole of the messaging.

Hello: I have an iPhone 11, and just recently the chat function is not operating properly. After I send a chat, I can only see the first line of the message in my screen. Also, I cannot see all of other players’ chat messages if they are longer than two lines. I have tried to see what version of the game I am playing to see if I need to update, but cannot find it by going to the App Store. Any suggestions? — Jeff Weber (AKA Newsman in the game)

Try to make a 5 letter word with the letters S T R E E T. It will not accept any words even those I checked on word unscrambled.

I have an iPhone 8. In chat will not let me post more than one line at a time. Game also turns off randomly in chat. Build 3474

Newly (as of 9/20) unable to see team chat and my points don't enter team tournament, but also unable to leave team or join new team. Team name is Fab 50s Take 2. Have notified support; it is a known bug...

I play basic "wordscapes" on "Team Dog" and my nickname is "Shadow" and I am the number two player on Dog Team under "Freddy" the number one player. Altogether Dog Team has fifty players. My team shield just lost its team logo and is now totally blank and I no longer enjoy team access. I am currently regarded as teamless! I want to restore my position on Team Dog. The colors on our shield are black, red and white with a dog's head. I want my team logo back on my team shield and my status as a team member restored, PLEASE !!

Keeps spinning and won't allow me to get points

I watch a video to get bonus points but when the video ends I'm not getting any bonus points.

Cannot watch video's to get extra points, it either says no video available at the moment or it goes to adds and when you click on the X it takes you back to the bit that asks you to watch a video. Been 4 days now really getting fed up.

A new Wordscapes games I hadn’t seen before came up & I loved it. Don’t know what it was called but it had “keys” that unlocked great winnings. Then it suddenly vanished. What’s up with that?

I am getting quite a few stars when I play the daily puzzle but they are not going towards my stars for seeing the pictures on my puzzle. My puzzle just seems stuck So I can't ever see the pictures

Videos unavailable for several days.

Yesterday I lost at least 6 light bulbs help aids on game wordscapes. Can these be replaced or explained

Can’t watch the video hints after playing for a little bit so I keep having to delete and reinstall the app. On the bright side, I get more coins that way but it’s a pain to have to do that 😊

Hey, my wordscapes have stopped working. It loads in fine but as I play the game it tells me to exit game, wait or send feedback and doesn't let me play on. It's been like this for about a week now.

My butterfly 🦋 circle is moving really slow. Not able to get many butterfly in a session.

I play in the tournaments every weekend. My friend just told me she has a key icon display on her WS screen that lets her earn crowns points on Monday’s. I don’t have that. Why not?

I constantly have drop outs or crashes all the time. I have no problems with other games on my tablet. It is just so stressful when you are trying to get in the final game before it finishes at 1pm. I have missed out so many times on getting extra points because of these dropouts. I am just about to drop out of the game altogether. I enjoy it immensely but now I am at my lowest level of enjoyment with this problem. Why does this happen?

I just reached the “Jungle” section, levels 641 – 720, and noticed the background was a beach for some reason. It appears to be the one from the very first level (“Rise”) It won’t change no matter how much I progress, and even stays that way when I enter from the level gallery (three dots on the main menu). I was enjoying the different environments and I don’t want to be stuck with the wrong background from now on. How do I fix this?

I don't get the surprise package or the daily puzzle anymore. When I click on the daily puzzle it says come back the next day but I never played it that day. Help!

I was working on level 160 game and it was asking for a 5 letter word starting with c and ending with t using the following 6 letters t,o,r,e,c,v, and can not get the word so can go no further and was enjoying the game. how can i continue with the games

I haven't been able to use your app since the moving characters started. I have deleted 7 apps, which I don't use very often, to make more 'space' just in case this was an issue. I have used it as a brain game and it has been very helpful. I have downloaded it to my Kindle Fire but as I can't access my account I don't know how to transfer the information etc. Please would you help me - thank you.

You currently have a clickbait ad with lots of thumbnails that you cannot exit. I know it’s a thing, but I’m about to stop using Wordscapes . Love the game, can deal with the other ads, but this one is a deal breaker. Any hints?

Just like your other player Wayne Hare said on March 15th, 2022. A screen has appeared with a fox and a message that reads: Finish now to complete activities and collect rewards. There is no way to finish and get rid of that screen. I'm on level 2760 on Wordscapes and I don't want to lose my level and I want to keep playing. Help please.

I messed up and somehow Uninstalled Wordscapes. I almost had 1 million points. Now I am back to 2. How do I get my place back??
