Bonus videos won’t load. Keeps saying “No ads available”.

I cannot upload bonus videos on Wordscapes. This started to occur a week ago.

The video won’t load to get gifts , frees or butterflies was working ok up until two days ago husbands is fine. Thankyou.

Chat doesn't work. Can't usethe chat box as keyboard screen covers it. I have tried rebooting but that nolonger works

The chats disappeared, can you tell me why?

For the past few weeks, I haven't been getting portrait events. I'm able to play the Butterfly and Crown events just fine, as too the shovels. What's the fix?

Wordscape stops randomly during play!!!!

Wordscapes game is changing the names of the players by itself. Our team leader is Ginger but it says Toby all the time or You. This game is wacked out. I open a pink box for coins and it stops the ad halfway thru and I have to shut down my phone to keep playing. We have a player named blubby and his name shows up as mookie. What??? Please help. Our team is BadgirlsII

My Wordscape app keeps freezing. I’m ready to quit it after 3 years

The lynx has been drinking for 7 hours! All animals have a 7 hour activity time listed instead of the previous 1-2 hours.

Wordscapes will not open for me on my iPhone. The local strain opens and stays there. Nothing happens. Nothing opens.

I'm very saddened that I'm close to 2 million and I can't go further. Ever since the update I have had several instances where I had to play the same words and grids back to back. Then it went to 4! It is now stuck on that same grid and word selection and I refuse to play it a 5th time. I have waited and only played the daily challenge for some time. Please fix this. I would hate to miss out and Uninstaller as I have really enjoyed your game. Thank you.

Choosing to watch videos to earn points. Some videos hang and I have to reboot my cell to close the ad and restart wordscape. This happens over and over for certain videos (Brock doors). Thanks

I cannot get Wordscapes update

The challenges on left side are not showing up?

My wordscapes game will not update the latest version. I have it set as automatic update. The last time it updated was December 2022. It will not let me play until I update. Are you able to help with this?

Music has annoying static noises. Did not happen until the update.

Can't play because insists there Is an update but cannot find it.

App is closing after a game and not giving points earned in star for extra words.
